I love this provider, they keep everything plain and simple..
They keep everything easy as in all personnel will understand even the non tech will be able to configure it. And the support is very accommodating and
very supportive and most of all they really know their stuff.
I love Ring Central….
I’ve had RingCentral since I started…
I’ve had RingCentral since I started my small business and have found it meets all my needs — calls, voice messaging, text, video mtgs, faxing. The service quality is great and I have everything in one pkg rather than having multiple servicers. Extensions are available and each user can set up their own voicemail and redirect calls if needed. They provide training videos and online live meetings so you can ask questions. I even have my own account rep at my beckoning.
Everything o.k. except they will lie…
Everything o.k. except they will lie through their teeth to get you to pay for a higher priced package even if you do not need it.
When I asked to downgrade to lees expensive package they said I used more toll minutes and would end up paying more – but I do not make any toll calls – then they tried to say I use all kinds of fax minutes – but I do not send any faxes.
Beware they lie!
I use RingCentral video and…
I use RingCentral video and unfortunately have a consistently poor experience – ongoing audio issues, there’s often confusion around the invites and connection URLs, the admin side is horribly confusing (I think they have three different administrative interfaces??) and the other week I was locked out of my account for hours because of a glitch in their platform that didn’t allow me to login nor reset my password. I had to call support to have them work on it from their side…and I will say their support is the only halfway decent experience I’ve had – kudos to getting something right. I don’t know anything about their phone or other solutions, but until RC gets their platform in better shape I would recommend against using their videoconferencing.
I would avoid RingCentral at all costs…
I would avoid RingCentral at all costs if your business depends on reliable telephone service. They provide amazing support during the evaluation period. But once the contract starts, the support goes to nearly nill. Their software team repeatedly releases bug infested software, and frequently features and functions that use to work, e.g. interfacing with Google calendar, no longer works. They don’t claim to provide support faster than 48 hours turnaround, but when they do contact within the 48 hours, the runaround begins. Completely plan to move away from RingCentral the moment my contract expires. BEWARE!!
I have an account with approximately 50…
I have an account with approximately 50 extensions I’m going back and forth with my account rep for over a 2-3 months now and waiting for him to allow me to transfer from one extension to more then 10 third party numbers, I was told that it could be done and it should be a very simple thing to change on my premium account I especially made sure to make my request early enough before my high season started so I can be ahead of the game and instead I keep on getting bounced around and nothing is being done while my company is loosing out big time money! my high season is here now for over 2 weeks and nothing is happening! For all of you out there reading this review If you have a need for any tiny custom thing for your system I would say you should try to go with another provider… Its extremely disappointing especially after all the work you put in to move over from a different provider thinking you hit the top company and you pay top dollar!!!

We have loved RingCentral since we became a happy business customer in August of 2015. RingCentral provides outstanding Service and Support. Their products are excellent. Their price is competitive and can’t be beat. We have experienced no down time. We enthusiastically recommend RingCentral to any business looking for a reliable, affordable and trustworthy VoIP solution.

Great phone system, allows easy expansion to home office, emailed messages are awesome, conference calls and intercom calling is easy, lights are indicators of who’s on the line, clear voice quality, lots of voicemail recording space, lots of buttons for things. Don’t like how call forwarding is treated like an additional extension that you have to pay for.
This is a great VoIP system. Easy…
This is a great VoIP system. Easy replaced outdated CenturyLink system with many added benefits and features. Easy to use software and add-ins (with some confusion over what needs to be installed.) Remote access to the user computer works like a charm which helps for IT problems troubleshooting. Some users are not even using their desk phones, switching to a fully mobile operation mode.
RingCentral was founded in 1999 by Vlad Shmunis and launched in 2003 as one of the first providers to offer cloud-based IP PBX and phone service. The company provides a robust, redundant, and reliable platform that has numerous features. For more than a decade, RingCentral has offered small and medium-sized businesses phone features that were previously only available to the largest and richest companies. While it now has plenty of competition, RingCentral is still an industry leader.

Editor’s Bottom Line of RingCentral
With more than 350,000 small business customers, RingCentral has been a favorite among VoIP review sites, and with more than 2,500 employees the provider continues to innovate both with its in-house team and by making deals with smart companies.
One of the best moves it made was partnering with Zoom, enabling HD quality video conferences with large numbers of participants. Formerly, this was only available with huge hardware, some of which even required a dedicated room. Now laptop or tablet is all you need.
That offering was a game changer that few other providers could compete with. RingCentral has had a big head start over today’s VoIP startups, yet the company is always looking forward rather than resting on its laurels. Every few years, the provider finds a way to reinvent itself and stay fresh.
It’s hard to say anything bad about RingCentral, but they do seem a little vanilla – vanilla, of course, is the most popular flavor of ice cream, so that’s good for most. RingCentral tends to avoid the bleeding edge and sticks to software and hardware with a proven track record.
If you want a great VoIP experience, you can’t go wrong with this company.
