Customer service is terrible. Each time I call to get an issue fixed I get a different customer service representative. This means that I get different answers all the time. It is impossible to get one person that knows your set ups and system. If you have an office with multiple lines and numbers, which is very common, good luck trying to quickly answer calls and put people on hold, and thereafter transfer calls to the proper person within the office on a timely basis. The sales force at ringcentral will tell you this is easy to fix and not a problem but, getting customer serice to implement any of these services and features is another story altogether. Rincentral is a solution for a very small business with a single phone number or two in my opinion. Any business with multiple employees and phone numbers should seriously consider a service other than Ringcentral.
