Nextiva is an awesome company! The team there is professional and knowledgeable offering me ideas to improve my business phone presence. Ana is a support rep and she was so patient, friendly, and kind in helping me set up my voice recordings on the platform. Recently, the Nextiva recording team did me a favor by not charging extra due to legal issueI needed to change my company name recordings.

Thanks, Nextiva for your always excellent customer support. I just got off the phone with Maks who really went the extra mile for me. I have come to always expect great service from this company. I had great sales support initially when we set up the service from Mike W. and I have gotten great sales advice from the super helpful Al T. (I looked up the names in my emails. I wish I have them all.) Over the years I have had to purchase additional phones and set up different call groups and flows and really, all of the customer service is fantastic. This should be a gold standard that other companies strive to emulate. When the pandemic hit and many of us moved to remote work, we were perfectly positioned to do so. We just plugged our Nextiva phones in remotely and were good to go. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to do business with this company!

I’m a small business owner and only needed an 800#… after research, I realized that for the nearly the same price… with Nextiva I could get the 800# plus a TON of other useful features. The sales process with Matt was flawless and fast, contracts were very reasonable, and they made it easy to do business. I ran into some complications on setup my first night (user inexperience) and worked with an EXCEPTIONAL technical support representative from their Ukraine operation. George was patient, thorough, and never once rushed me. He stuck with it until my entire process was running smoothly and fully tested. He was absolutely fantastic. (And I now know how streamlined and easy-to-use their product is.). All-in-all — in a single day I now have a high-quality product that was easy to purchase, easy to deploy, and had a great experience with both sales and support to get up and running. A++

Andrew K on the online chat helped me tremendously with 2 issues that were not resolved with prior phone calls to support. These had to do with our incoming Caller ID (which was one reason we purchased the phones we did) and a front desk phone not indicating when others were on the line. He was quick and knowledgeable and completely resolved the issues.

I am a business user and I’ve been using Nextiva since 2019 and no major updates since than, Need better user experience, and Need SMS Multimedia Texting, We are in 2021, clarityvoice.com is competitor and they have really easy and intuitive apps for all platform. I think Nextiva should work on updates more often, and adopt features that their competitor. Thanks

Nextiva’s Business telephone Service offers Voice Over Internet Protocol voice calling with advanced features like call forwarding, call screeningcall routing, and the ability to send/receive unlimited messages from a desktop or mobile app.

Nextiva also offers free number porting, allowing users to keep any existing phone numbers while adding new United States local or toll-free numbers. Unlimited calling to the US and Canada, call recording, and voicemail to email and text capabilities are also available.

Agents are able to take calls from any device or even switch devices in the middle of a call if needed. Customizable priority alerts let customers know when their most important clients are on the line, giving them time to prepare for the call.

Admins may also customize extension numbers, use the push-to-talk feature, and anonymously reject and block calls from certain numbers.

Nextiva’s multi-level auto-attendant, makes call routing even easier, decreasing customer wait times and allowing team members to take calls from anywhere. To allow for better monitoring, each agent has their own status indicator and call presence settings.

Any number of users can bring their own device, make calls via softphone, rent desk and conference phones, or purchase new phone equipment from Nextiva.
