We have been a Nextiva client for 3 years. Had a support chat with Oleg K. He was excellent. He was diligent in his troubleshooting and expeditious in handling our service issues. Oleg was able to reconfigure our acct settings, set-up our auto-forwarding and number porting to get our service up and running again. Thank you Oleg K.

My company signed up for Nextiva’s…

My company signed up for Nextiva’s service earlier this year. Paid up front for 130 users to be set up on our account. 3 months later, we still had 0 employees set up, almost 12 grand paid at that point. They couldn’t even give us an estimate of when we would finally have service. We requested to cancel our service for lack of follow-through on their point. They refused. Total failure on their part in all aspects. Claimed that the “test” calls we made during set up were use. As far as their 30 day guarantee goes – I guarantee that no one gets this, because it takes more than 30 days for them to even set you up. That 30 day guarantee starts the day you sign up. They also don’t believe in following through on their salesmen’s promises – in fact one of their customer service agents said “We have no obligation to fulfill any promise made to you by a salesperson”. Really awful company. Lots of promises and 0 follow-thru. Stay away.

Today Michael B. helped me via the chat feature and he was great. He answered all my questions quickly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I didn’t feel rushed and he explained to me why what I was trying to do wouldn’t work. Nextiva has some of the best customer service personal that I have dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to change or get new VoIP service!

I have been a nextiva user for several months now. Very happy with the service. Only problems I ever encounter is with the occasional dropped calls but much better than other services I have used in the past. Also customer service is always very helpful. The only thing great was your technician Max, who had the patience and helpfulness of an angel. But your equipment is backwards, and your login methods absurd and difficult to do and had to be effected three times. I am not giving details you should know what is wrong with it asking for each letter to be written in instead of copy and paste and the list goes on. Your phone is absurdly designed and the video given to help is not applicable to the model received or the upgraded model. Difficult for no reason and I have no patience for that. If your all that would be in place correctly we would not have wasted so much time. Hopefully the app will work because the phone is a backwards model. Thanks.

We were having a call forwarding problem for only one of our employees that was confusing to both me and the support representative. I know the system fairly well but could not for the life of me figure out what was wrong. However, Alex stuck with the problem until it was solved, excellent service.

Ordered but waited for several Weeks, not received the phones. No response to emails or calls, shipment sent to wrong address, customer service refused to provide information, they referred to Fedex to track shipment. Impacted my business startup plan, people waiting to receive business delayed.. Still not told when the shipment will be delivered.
