We have been paying ridiculous prices…

We have been paying ridiculous prices for dedicated phone lines for our fax machines. We have to keep them around for business reasons, but Nextiva’s fax bridges allow us to spend MUCH less on faxing and we keep the business process completely intact. I highly recommend this solution. And when it came time to set everything up, Alex Orlov was a huge help in getting things set up. Thanks, Alex!

I am a new NEXTIVA user. I’m very happy with all the new features we currently have, but most importantly I am very happy with the Tech Support Team. I’m not tech-savvy yet I found that each member of the support team that I spoke with understood my explanation of my business needs and connected it to the feature the system has so that I can get the result that I wanted. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Tech Support Team NIKITA PALADIN who spent a very long time on the phone with me to help me get the system to do what I want it to do. He was very understanding of my needs and pointed me in the direction of features that would help my business which I had not even gotten to. I also spoke to MIKE in the Support Team and he was also very helpful. Both understood my business needs and make it happen for firm. THANK YOU!

Shyrin Ismailov was very attentive during the entire support process. I did not feel rushed to get the problem resolved, better yet, he even suggested some other solutions that would enhance our voicemail setup. This is the WORST company I have ever…

This is the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They tout a customer-focused, intuitive product and experience when nothing could be further from the truth. We are a new customer (one week) and have already had numerous problems, including no new account set-up service provided, calling features that we purchased but are not really available, and no phone service for our customers for more than two days while we waited to have our numerous issues resolved. In one day I spent more than three hours on the phone working through various problems. This company is absolutely horrible. If you are looking for an easy transition to a VoIP system and even just an acceptable level of customer service, look elsewhere.

Aren understood my concerns and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem I was having. He was very respectful throughout the contact. He introduced me to the portal and showed me where to look to determine what types of files could be sent. I did not have to wait an excessively long time for the call to be answered (under 10 min. I believe).

Nextiva always has great customer…

Nextiva always has great customer service. One of the only businesses left that provide a human on the other line who will go to every length to help the customer. We received help from Anton. He listened to our issue and what we wanted ti accomplish, he provided suggestions, he confirmed issue was resolved before ending our call and throughout it all he was patient and courteous

Ok so I am giving this a 5 star only because of today’s experience. I had chatted and called several times and wasn’t getting very much help. Today I happened to get two amazing people that helped me finish getting my system set up. Nick Paladin was very good with making sure I got all my issues taking care of and then transferred me to the porting department which I got Steve Varvel which was very helpful in getting the porting of two numbers figured out for me. These two were GREAT!!

I have been involved with the setup of Nextiva service for 2 new public buildings and the quality of service and courtesy offered during installation has been exceptional each time. The onboarding technicians have been efficient and very knowledgeable of my network architecture and components. We have been a Nextiva customer for almost a year and my experience so far has been extremely positive. My experience today with my onboarding technician Tracy West was no different.

Oleg K. was able to reconfigure our devices and oversee the operation from his end… Easily allowing him to quickly and efficiently identify the issue. It took about 20 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that he gave our company. We usually do not leave reviews due to our rigorous production schedule, however, we felt the urge during this interaction with Oleg K. from Nextiva to write in about our experience. We expected this to be a heavy expense that was very time consuming.. possibly requiring an Information Technologist Specialist to come out and look at our system, however, it was not.
