On May 30, 2012 we reported of a RingCentral outage. Today, for the fourth time since May 10, 2012, we have received information from RingCentral users and twitter, that RingCentral experienced a service interruption.
We do not have information on the scope of today’s outage, however, based on the twitter images we’ve included it’s clear that this outage impacted businesses during business hours.
RingCentral was active in communication, keeping users informed via twitter and their system status website (which displayed a “yellow light” rather than green or red). RingCentral service updates can be received via the company’s twitter pages @RingCentral and @RingCentralCare.
