I have been using Nextiva for the past 5 years. They have been great to work with while offering affordable VOIP phone lines. We have gone from 9 users down to 1 due to the pandemic. Nextiva was accommodating throughout the process and now we are starting to ramp back up our business! Nextiva has made it easy to turn off / on phone lines as we need them.
Nextiva support is the best I’ve encountered in over 15 years of working in contact centers. I’ve been working with them for just a couple of months now but I’ve been blown away by how efficient they are in responding to support issues whether it’s urgent or just low-level. They are always extremely helpful and friendly to boot!
I am very happy with Nextiva so far. Our company has been on it for about 4 months and have not had any issues with call quality. The admin panel is very easy to work with and setting up users is a breeze. There are very few issues that I have had with end user administration. The only criticism so far is that I wish reporting was a little more robust. Overall the end users have been happy with the product so far.
I have started this app since my company required us to use it. I have installed both apps on Windows and iOS and so far the Windows app works perfectly fine, the quality of the calls are great and the setting is easy to work with. On the other hand the iPhone app has been problematic a little, but nothing that cannot be fixed, so my admin and Nextiva are working on it.
We are a small business and have been a customer since 2019. The installation process wasn’t too difficult, and even the support wasn’t bad in the beginning. Over the last year I have noticed that the support response time has taken 2-4 days, if any. It has been very frustrating to say the least. Also, they have several different departments with “key” names that are confusing. It is imperative that you understand which department you need to contact in order to cut down your resolution time. Otherwise you get a run around. I would not recommend this provider due to response time.
The technical support personnel at Nextiva are REALLY good at customer service. We’ve had excellent help whenever we reached out, which is when you want to be dealing with people at the top of their game! No matter how many other customers are in the queue, we always feel that we’re the top priority.
after being on the phone with another tech support person for almost 3hrs, finally got transferred to Chris in Arizona, he is awesome. Super helpful, very knowledgeable regarding your product, as well as willing to stay the course to get the problem resolved. I wish I could have a direct line to Chris so he could help me with future issues!
Tonia B. was great to work with. Although it took several tries to get my phone programmed correctly she was able to solve my issue in a very timely manner. She was very professional and explained what she was doing along the way so that I understood what she was doing and what to expect. I would highly recommend.
Always helpful, sometimes it can take a while to get someone on the line but once they’re there they help tremendously. Love being able to send links and screenshots to them as well.
We just began using Nextiva in all our company offices and the installation process was very well organized. The phones and desktop app give us many feature options and have improved our efficiency as a business. The support team at Nextiva is always willing to answer any questions we have. Nextiva is great!
