From the time that I made the initial call to find out about services I received stellar service. The rep that helped me was wonderful and her name is Lyndon, she worked with me and answered all of my questions and worked tirelessly with me on a quote. The products are easy to use but at times when you are growing a business the small things can be challenging. Lyndon took the hassle out of it all and then today I had the utmost pleasurable experience with a chat rep named Alex P. First it’s Memorial Day and I have to say Alex P. was highly knowledgeable, extremely patient and answered each and every one of my questions. His service was nothing short of exemplary and outright wonderful.

I operate a small business with two locations totaling 10 phones. I had Nextiva at one location and old copper-wire phones at the other.
When the virus hit and we all took off to home, I took four spare phones from the office that had Nextiva already and attempted to set up a network at my other office. If you haven’t done this, I assure you it’s no easy task.
I had 1-2 hours a day to squeeze this in to my day and every day, I was on with Support. For 7 days in a row, I received efficient, knowledgeable help – and this was during what may be the busiest time Nextiva will ever see!

While getting Netiva set up took longer…
While getting Netiva set up took longer than anticipated and there were a few bumps in the road, the end experience has been worth it. We are a growing doctor’s office and the companies we have used in the past have been less than ideal. Our billing company recommended to us to us this system and it has been worth the wait. Kevin Hale, recently promoted to Manager, has helped us with all of the final touches and completed our account with all the professionalism that one could ask for in an account manager. DJ Carr completed setting up our Fax Service today so we are on our way to completely transferring everything over to Nextiva. What will benefit our business the most is all of the monitoring that we will now have in place. We will be able to see when we have too many people waiting for someone to pick up the phone and when we need to hire someone additional. This will allow for us follow up with patients that state that they have been trying to call with no answer as well as get a digital copy of all voicemails that were left for our office to ensure that they were all returned. Today I had to set up new office phones and I had no idea what I was doing. Quinn was an amazing help and very patient. The customer service that I was given today was above and beyond.
