Whenever you might have an issue they are there to help solve the problem and get you back on in short order. I have been with them a number of years and am very satisfied wit the service. My organization switched to Ooma about a year ago and we haven’t looked back. It was easy to switch, easy to set up, the equipment is top notch and I’m saving a bundle over traditional phone service. It paid for itself in the first year. It also has a user-friendly online interface and useful features. I like that I can always add features like extra lines, numbers (including toll-free) or the ability to host conference calls. Call quality is good – I don’t think anyone would be able to tell that I was calling through VOIP versus a traditional phone line (I have high speed internet, which might help).

Best investment. Complete flexibility with your phone calls. We eliminated the need for anyone to be in the office to answer the phone. You can have your calls follow you to your smart phone, or just retrieve calls from anywhere after an email notice that tells you what calls you received. It works flawlessly. We eliminated a fax machine, and a bigger bills from the phone company by switching to Ooma. My customers like it and all my staff like it better than the old ways the phone companies operate.
I can’t think of ANYTHING negative…
I can’t think of ANYTHING negative about Ooma. Their pricing is fair, their equipment works well, and their installation was wonderful. When I needed to make a change in the phone answering, their tech support person answered right away, walked me through the part I could do, and then did the rest of it on her end. In five minutes, the change was made! They don’t even make you sign a contract, because they’re (rightly!) confident you’ll be satisfied.
We tried Ring Central previously. No on-site help with installation. We could never get it working, but I still had to pay for a year!

I was paying way too much for phone service from one of the big service provider. I was given the suggestion to switch to Ooma, and gave it a try. I am so happy with my service. The setup was easy. I love that I am able to have a virtual receptionist. That was never an option with my previous company. The virtual receptionist allows me to set business hours and have calls forwarded to my cell whenever I want without any extra hassle. I am so glad I switched to Ooma. They have great service, great customer service, and are very affordable.

Needed a work from home line and since…
Needed a work from home line and since we already use Ooma for our landline I tried out their office service and was not disappointed. Rep was great and got me setup quickly. Equipment is easy to install and the initial setup was very straightforward. I’ve had the service about six months and have not had any issues. The speakerphone feature works great so I can go hands free without annoying people with poor sound quality. Now I’m just trying to get my wife’s office to switch to Ooma!

I have been an Ooma Telo or residential customer and also an Ooma Office customer. Both services are excellent. The call quality is good for both services.
Both the Ooma Telo residential service and the Ooma Office talk-to-text or visual voicemail is really good for long voicemail messages. The voicemail is transcribed into text and sent directly to your email.
The Ooma Office service has an auto attendant that can take calls only during business hours. Calls after business hours are routed to the voicemail.
The Ooma Office also features a fax number that sends inbound fax transmissions directly to your email. You can also send faxes with this service.
