My Telemarketing team uses Dialpad! It works very well and meets our needs. Very user-friendly and easy to use and understand. It is convenient to be able to send text messages through the platform. I am able to review my team’s performance by seeing detailed reports of their outgoing calling activity.

I really like using Dialpad and having something that’s accessible on my personal device because I can stay better in touch with my clients and I can snooze notifications as needed also. Great system. I have had some issues with calls dropping here and there, but for the most part I have had a great experience.
I use Dialpad as a VOIP communication…
I use Dialpad as a VOIP communication tool only. Phone & text. I’ve used 8+ other VOIP platforms. None of them can compare to Dialpad. No lag, no echo, no delay, no bad connections. NOT EVER. To clarify, I rated 5 stars for Install, Support, and Price but I do not deal in these areas as I’m only a user. Highly recommended!!

We just opened a small family-owned family practice and decided to use VOIP services instead of having a landline. So far, the experience has been great! We have been using them for a year now and haven’t had any issues. Installation was easy and the service is excellent. I recommend it to any small business.
I am a classroom teacher. Previously,…
I am a classroom teacher. Previously, I had a standard corded telephone installed on my wall. With dialpad, I still have a traditional phone that I do use for extended conversations with parents or co-workers. However, sometimes I just want to send a quick text message, or students/parents want to send me a text message. Dialpad allows me to use my classroom phone number to send and receive texts from my laptop. Overall, this has been an upgrade in flexibility of communication with parents, students and fellow teachers.

I run a small nonprofit so budget is tight. I decided to go VOIP to obtain a greater breadth of features. Call forwarding from a traditional service provider doesn’t answer my needs.
I often work outside the office. The mobile app allows me to see who is calling the office, decide whether to take the call, AND most important, sends the call to the OFFICE voicemail if I can’t answer it. It makes such a difference not having work vms to go my private vm.
Finally, Dialpad’s price fits within my budget. I recommend this service.
I don’t have experience working for…
I don’t have experience working for another company’s using dialpad, but it works most the time although we have problems calling each other’s dialpad numbers sometimes, and the boss seems displeased with them at times, but I have been happy using them after 2 week training. I wish there was a way to call faster with the tool.
I have been using Dialpad for a couple…
I have been using Dialpad for a couple of years now and I have found it to be a far superior provider to that of RingCentral and Nextiva and I have used both of them. The call quality is great, especially via either the hardware phone or the desktop app. The mobile app is subject to the quality of the mobile connection you have which is understandable. The web interface with Dialpad is easy to understand and yet powerful enough to do everything I need done. With call options such as the mobile app, the desktop app and the hardware phone, all of which I use, I can start the call on one and easily move the call to another. One of the main features that drew me to their service in the first place is the text messaging; I can send and receive text messages on both the mobile app and the desktop app which is great because I can type my texts on the keyboard, even copy/paste messages as needed. You will not see a more affordable system with such flexibility as with Dialpad.
Dialpad has made managing clients so…
Dialpad has made managing clients so much easier. I can call and text all in one place. The Departments feature makes sharing calls with my coworkers easy. The mobile app makes answering calls easier too. It’s really the full package for what I need. I wasn’t directly involved with setting up dialpad at my company, but the transition over to the software was seamless for me once our IT team made it live for everyone. I would highly recommend dialpad.
We are new to dial pad, but the…
We are new to dial pad, but the installation and transition was very smooth. The staff answered all the questions that we had in a timely manner. We had a different VOIP before the dial pad and we would say that the dial pad hit all the right notes. Our prior VOIP was very glitchy and dial pad has been very smooth. Highly recommend them.

It’s up to businesses to decide whether these features are worth the additional 50% budget increase. If your business relies heavily on other software (Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNow, etc.), investing in the Pro Plan is a good choice, and you get the additional benefits as well. As we can see, the Standard Plan ($20/mo) offers us most of the core features of a business phone system, but it lacks some advanced features which are included in the Pro Plan. With Pro Plan, businesses get access to integration features, queue holds, logs, phone support, and international numbers at the cost of an additional $10/mo per agent.
Running a business phone system is no easy task, and having these additional tools that can help can lift a lot of weight off of your phone agents. As for the Enterprise plan, there’s not much to talk about except it’s worth mentioning that Dialpad could give better deals if you have more agents that require these services.
Editor’s Bottom Line of Dialpad
You’d be hard-pressed to find a better pedigree than founders Craig Walker, John Rector, and Brian Peterson. Dialpad offers a price point that is one of the lowest you can find, especially for unlimited calling. They don’t cut corners by being stingy with features or nickel-and-diming you with hidden charges – they just offer a great product at a low price. As a pure-cloud provider, Dialpad offers completely hosted solutions tailored to both the SMB and Enterprise market. With more than just simple, and unlimited, VoIP calling Dialpad offers an entire hosted UC stack. If your company is looking to adopt a cloud only solution, Dialpad is very high on the list of options to consider.
Beyond simple VoIP calling, Dialpad also offers an entire Unified Communications stack of products, so your team can stay in touch with a variety of channels. Dialpad also provides HD video calls and conferencing, which can of course integrate with the business apps you user everyday. Dialpad also includes instant messaging, direct SMS, MMS, and group messaging integrated directly into the Dialpad solution for a truly multichannel Unified Communications offering. Businesses can utilize these channels for in office messaging, or even offer new methods of communications to clients or customers. Dialpad’s mobile app also allows users to stay connected all at once, and receive a single message on up to 5 devices at the same time.
Dialpad also boasts a very strong integration base to build off of. Of course, with the nature of APIs a seasoned developer could build almost any integration for any platform. However, with Dialpad, you are adopting a solution that already has prebuilt integrations for some of the most popular solutions. Whether your business utilizes Google Apps for work, or is invested in the Microsoft Office ecosystem, Dialpad has you covered. The UC solution comes with both Google Apps and Microsoft Office integrations baked right in, so you don’t have to sacrifice a developer’s time just to build the bridges. On top of office apps, Dialpad also supports a unique integration with Salesforce, to bridge the gap between CRM and UC for a true omni-channel support experience.
On top of everything else included in Dialpad’s solution, users also gain access to the incredibly popular and renowned UberConference. As a dedicated conferencing solution, Uberconference allows users to host group phone or video calls without the need for a PIN. Uberconference attempts to make conference calls as simple as possible, and has even won multiple awards including the 2014 Telecommunications Company of the Year – Silver, the 2014 Best Everyday Utility User Experience Award, and the TechCrunch Disrupt Annual Winner 3 times in a row – just to name a few.
