We have been a Dialpad customer for almost a year now. The initial setup was smooth and the features and interface were rich. We have been trying to port over a single # now for the past 2 months with the full cooperation of the losing carrier. We have provided direct contacts at the loosing carrier to dialpad and they have yet to reach out to them and directly resolve this simple issue. I cannot give higher rating sin other categories as they are irrelevant with the ability to port over simple # especially with the losing carriers cooperation. Sadly today I begin my search for a replacement service…

We installed Dialpad for our business,…

We installed Dialpad for our business, and over the course of a week, had nothing but problems with the system. Messages not showing up, individual workstations crashing while in the middle of calls (even with brand new computers), transcriptions unreadable, YOU NAME IT! Support department’s “fix” was to delete the app from workstations and reload…..6 times with the same results. Multiple calls to Support every day, wasting SO MUCH time. This application is not worth the time and effort. Look elsewhere.

We have a business and originally met with a rep for Dialpad but when she discovered we would only be needing a small account for now, directed us to the basic plan. Since setting it up we have attempted to communicate with customer service multiple times now, every time receiving a short reply saying they cannot port our phone number over. We have requested to speak on the phone to better communicate and understand the reason for this but never receive a response at that point. Our original cell service provider confirmed that we would be able to port over the number to whomever but it is a dead end on Dialpad’s side. Due to lack of service, communication, and assistance from Dialpad we will be taking our business elsewhere.

It takes some time to get used to it…

It takes some time to get used to it ..but once you figure out how to use it you will love it. Texting (SMS messages) is what I really like specially sending it by my computer not android phone. And it keeps records in cloud so you won’t lose it. They have good support over chatting or via email.

I use DialPad for my business and will never leave? WHY? I was a DialPad user and switched to a different company to save a little money, but that was a horrible mistake. It lasted less than a week. I experienced so many issues with the companies technology. Fortunately DialPad helped me to get back on board and port my number back. The customer service is top notch! The quality is great either on my computer or via the app on my phone.

Dialpad is an excellent internet-based phone service that allows its users to contact any employee without the need of a directory, or saving multiple numbers to a work phone. The app can be used to make calls as well; it even has features like call holding, transfer, or transfer to voicemail. Anyone using the app can just look up the name of the employee they wish to call. The only downside, in my opinion, is how much the service relies on the internet for its services. If you have no signal, it becomes impossible to search for people to call or transfer. If you’re on an HD Dialpad call and enter a dead zone, your call will be dropped. While these cons are frustrating, it is important to note that Dialpad does have an option to accept or make calls using the carrier services as well. In all, Dialpad is a reliable service for businesses that have a reliable service/internet connection and can make communication much easier than before.

Uberconference is a great tool for Customer onboarding and collaboration. General Admin; AR/AP calls are routed to the appropriate person via preferred methods of communication leaving us time to build our business

There should be a way to search for the recorded calls easily. What if the calls that we need to listen to is from 3 months ago? It takes time to search manually by scrolling down until we reached to that certain month.

It was really simple to setup, and has provided value to have phones in our rooms. Dialpad punches over and above its weight class. We’ve been using Dialpad in our law firm for over five years and it has been an absolute pleasure. We love the speech to text features, voicemail transcriptions, and anywhere anytime access to the system. We don’t love the technical support which is e-mail and chat based. Anachronistically, we think that a phone company should offer phone support. I am advised that phone support is available on higher level plans, but not offering it on setups is a challenge for new users. This is an easy fix for the company, and they should consider offering full support on all new orders. The good news is that we’ve rarely had to call for support. While they support both Polycom and Obihai phones, I’ve found it a bit limiting in terms of support options. The reality here is that most of the functionality on the desktop terminal is more than replicated on the App, which is our preferred way to use the system. For our practice, where time is money, being able to track calls, e-mails and responses to client inquiries definitely translates to increased revenue. We typically bill back the cost of the system on the first day of each month.
