I am able to respond the call at job…

I am able to respond the call at job, or at back home. Straight from my laptop. No more old days of having to use a telephone. And the calls are logged! I would extremely suggest Dialpad for any hard-working agency. And when I cannot figure out something new, their support team is the blast!! Someone is always available via “Chat”.

We’ve been using Dialpad for over a…

We’ve been using Dialpad for over a year. When it works, it is just ok. When it doesn’t, support is a real hassle and problems largely go unresolved. Example is we have an issue where calls put on hold on the polycom VVX-450 deskphones, then picked back up results in the operator not being able to hear the caller and has to tell the caller to call back. Doesn’t happen all the time but when it does, it is annoying. That’s never been resolved. Recently, we come in in the morning and the same phones have had all the manually programmed quick dial numbers deleted. Also, not resolved. I would question the desk phone implementation and their telephony services. The app seems to work better.

DialPad was easy to set up for our needs. I especially like the ability to set up time windows, voice mails, and the mobile app. We were able to set up a directory that helps when I am unable to answer the phone or it is after hours. I can also block future calls from robo numbers, which happens often.

Dialpad is a great virtual phone…

Dialpad is a great virtual phone service. We have been using this service for a few years for our marketing team. The service is consistently reliable. When support is needed, they are quick to resolve issues. We have had a few billing issues with removing users but those have always been resolved in a timely matter. I would highly recommend dialpad.

Dialpad is one of the best source for effective communication. It has some exciting features which makes it unique and it stands out from other communication medium. It is easy to use and through dialpad I can talk all over the world and the call quality is very good and also conference call is possible qlong with text messages.

I love Dialpad. The software is so seemless to use. 3-way calling strongest and most flexible out of all the other companies. Only problem is crm activation only comes with a pro subscription which requires 3 users, so its not feasable for a 1 user account. That being said, I wouldn’t reccomend any other voip companies (and I’ve experienced multiple that have glitches and are not as user friendly and feature packed) other than Dialpad

I am not sure that there is anyone else that can get me numbers in all the countries I have had to. It has been very easy to contact them, provide the new office information, and bam, they had it setup and and my initial numbers ready for me in no time.

I have used Dialpad for years at different companies, not only because I have found it to be well featured and easy to admin, but because their international reach and support has been hard to beat. I am not sure that there is anyone else that can get me numbers in all the countries I have had to. I use dialpad for my day to day outbound calls with one of my freelancing job and it hasn’t let me down yet. In all honesty, I hadn’t used dialpad before so to me, ease of use was very important. I can safely say that dialpad is very user-orientated and anyone can easily adapt to its UI. I highly recommend dialpad.

We’ve been using Dialpad for our sales team for the past 6 months and it has been working great. The pricing is affordable and both the web app and iPhone apps work great for our team. Setting up a 1-800 number was a bit of a hassle and I had to get in touch with support to get the number working across my team members, but the support has always been super fast to respond and helpful. We did have to contact them to unlock international calling credits through chat when we first set up our account, which I found was odd but they were quick to set it up. Overall we are very happy with Dialpad and will continue to use them for our sales team – once you get past the initial set up the product works great!

I have been using dial pad for 18 months now, and it has been very useful, especially with data tracking. I’ve been using it to log calls, notes, seeing if the call was connected or not. Now we are migrating to hubspot, and due to the effectiveness of this tool, we make sure to integrate Dialpad too.

It’s up to businesses to decide whether these features are worth the additional 50% budget increase.
