I have been using dial pad for 18 months now, and it has been very useful, especially with data tracking. I’ve been using it to log calls, notes, seeing if the call was connected or not. Now we are migrating to hubspot, and due to the effectiveness of this tool, we make sure to integrate Dialpad too.

There are a lot of great features that make things so much easier! Being able to text is super convenient. It eliminates time spent on the phone when it’s not needed. Which is also another reason why being able to block spam calls is a nice benefit as well. Would definitely recommend to other business owners.

This is a terrific platform off of which you can operate your business. The follow-me feature auto-sends calls to your cell when not at your desk. The price is most certainly right. I have it incorporated into my CRM for one-click dialing (really neat!). I have yet to figure out how to separate out my personal cell from the business line; the system seems to have usurped my personal line and merged into their system.

Overall Dialpad works great! I love how it gives me a different work phone number, but calls & messages are still received on my personal cell. The two main downsides are the technical difficulties that often occur – the app will just not work – and the missing FaceTime feature (this causes me to have to use my personal phone number when doing virtual interviews).

I’ve been using Dialpad for almost 6 months with my start up and its been great. Flexible. Straight forward. Bang for your buck. Integrations etc. I’m integrating Dialpad into our legacy sister companies due to data acquisition functionality.

It has really helpful features like the syncing on hubspot, transcripts, recording, transcription of voicemail, etc. I like the version on the phone. Really helpful. I really like it. Very reliable overall. However there are Connectivity and delay issues once in a while. Sometimes mic won’t work, there’s a delay, there’s a static sound. Analytics area could also be improved. Idk if it’s my laptop but sometimes it lags.

The system is easy to use with many features and they are constantly upgrading. The AI is very helpful and the app allows you to coach and review calls from your cell which is great for Inside Sales Managers. The only negative is their support. They rely heavily on their online content. Their team is mainly outside the US and not very knowledgeable about anything out of the ordinary. Also there is a time difference so you are often waiting 24 hrs for a written reply. They are quick to send you the screen shot from their on-line material however, if you have already read the material, it is of little help.
