The Sale SPECTACULAR Robert Robinson…

The Sale SPECTACULAR Robert Robinson was my sales rep. I have never been eager to buy anything when it comes to tech, however,Roberts’ carefully explained expertise resulted in my business ending up with the package we needed to handle our phone service. Robert even let me know I had picked features that were not right for my business, and saved me money by taking them out of the package. I never felt sold or pushed. Every step of the process was meticulously explained and he even was polite enough to not keep me on hold when the documents were on the way, and called me back. Robert is as friendly, as bright and as professional as they come. I would love to have every sales rep across the years be on this level of service! The Set-UP Slavik H. was EXCELLENT. I am a new user with a lot of questions, and Slavik was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and giving very examples of things when I didn’t understand what I was doing. He was also very polite, and funny . Lovely accent as well. Fantastic interaction and I’m confident the company can handle issues as they come up. Slavik is a star in the technical support world. I had an hours worth of questions, and he was so calm and reassuring the entire time. Again… tech support people like Slavik will keep your customers happy. Nextiva, so far you have impressed me.

I was having trouble getting our voicemail to work & Eugene S was very helpful, friendly and prompt in making sure that my problem was resolved quickly and without any issues! It’s only been a few days since I…

It’s only been a few days since I switched away from RingCentral, but so far EVERYTHING has been great. I have never experienced tech support as attentaive and helpful as with Nextiva. I have spent literally hours of their time as I learn new features and change my mind about how I would like my system to flow. Oleksii (“Alex”) just spent an hour with me helping me tweak my auto-attendant and call groups. For the initial setup, Nikki and I were having trouble with my equipment that I brought from R/C. He stayed on the line with me as I called R/C for over an hour while they transferred and dropped my calls twice before eventually finding the person who was unable to unlock my phones and provide the login credentials. After I ran out of time for the install and had to cut Nikki short, he suggested that he personally would call me back at a predetermined time to help me complete the setup rather than me calling and having to start over with someone else. How amazing is that? So far, the services are fairly comparable, but I get more features for the same price, including FULL NAME caller ID. R/C wanted me to upgrade my plan for that feature. Calls are also patched through more quickly. R/C often played a musical tone while the outgoing calls were being routed. So far, Nextiva’s calls have always gone out instantaneously. I highly recommend this company so far and if anything changes, I’ll update this review – but so far, I could not have asked for more.

Installation of the VoIP phone system has been a challenge for technologically challenged people. However, the support staff of Nextiva have been patient and helpful every step of the way. Eugene was especially helpful. Our nonprofit provides rent and utility assistance. Our case manager needed the calls to be forwarded to her cellphone. I tried but was unsuccessful because I did it wrong. Eugene made the change for me and spent extra time to teach me how to perform this function myself correctly.
