Love the service. Reliable and great support. I have been an 8×8 customer for several years and have always had a positive experience. We have a small business with approximately 9 lines and they all integrate seamlessly. The app to take calls away from the office also works very well and gives me a lot of freedom.

They are very willing to help you thru any issues you have with your equipment. They strive to work with you and are very patient! The sound quality of the calls are great and their mobile app works great all over the world. This is one of the few companies that service what they sell. I highly recommend them for your VoIP Needs.

My company has used 8×8 for a decade, and we are trying to switch out. They have HORRIBLE customer service. You can’t get ANY answers out of them! It’s just not worth the headache of figuring it all out yourself. We are even hitting road blocks trying to port our numbers OUT of 8×8 because they can’t provide us any info.

Terrible. I haven’t signed a contract…

Terrible. I haven’t signed a contract ever, but they will not let me cancel one line without paying for 6 months of service. VOIP is supposed to bring flexibility not the lack of flexibility. Excellent VOIP services with functional…

Excellent VOIP services with functional cellphone App, I can answer the call from my extension number anywhere, or call up for a group meeting, specially the customer support, get problem solved whatever it is, technical support with good knowledge to answer any technical questions, 8×8 is the best provider in VoIP business. I definitely recommend to whoever need VoIP service.

I have been impressed with the 8X8…

I have been impressed with the 8X8 system and its features. Their support has improved a lot. It is compatible with Salesforce and FMG Suite which make its very impressive for me. I have tried other services and have always come back to 8X8 because no one compares to the features available to the customer.

I left 8×8 over price. I regretted it…

I left 8×8 over price. I regretted it and came back to find the prices were lower too. VOIP providers ARE NOT THE SAME. Choose wisely, choose 8×8. Set up was easy, and guided by knowledgeable staff. The app works great, with good connection and sound quality. Call quality is also very good. Interface is also intuitive.

We migrated to 8×8 from 4 different…

We migrated to 8×8 from 4 different vendors and the migration went smoothly. If any issues were raised they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Working with their transition team was easy and they were very helpful with their insights concerning our existing structure and how best to migrate to their structure. Great company to work with and so far any ticket we opened has been resolved easily.

I really like how this service feels…

I really like how this service feels like an all-in-one platform. It has calls, texting, voicemail– everything that you’d have with a normal phone but on my computer/app. This is a nice way to have a “business phone” without the phone. My only critique is the customer service bot. Although it is designed to streamline the troubleshooting process, my issue wasn’t found within the system so it had trouble helping me. I ended up digging around and finding a phone number instead, which was much more helpful! (Be prepared to wait for awhile).
