I have been with 8×8 for 8 years…The…

I have been with 8×8 for 8 years…The customer service just ok. They would help, but it felt like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me. And the wait times were terrible. I looked around and saw that other companies were offering more service for a lower price. I called and asked if they could do anything to help lower my costs…they said no. So I decided to change VOIP providers… This is what I got from 8×8 after 8 years…! We have received your confirmation to cancel all of your lines of service on your 8×8 account. We have used 8×8 since 2009, at that time it was calle Packet8, love it pieces, due to the size of our account we were assigned an account manager, which that business model doesn’t really work because it causes customers with medium size accounts to become frustrated, since the account managers are more attentive to their very large accounts, to mid size they are not as caring, efficient and nice at all. The call center support on the other hand, who actually bend over backwards to help the customer, while account managers just disappear.

8×8 has completely changed how I do business. I have easily been able to communicate laterally across all departments. Especially at this time, 8×8 has helped keep my business churning by allowing people in my office to work from home seamlessly. All they had to do was grab their phone and plug it in at home. Fantastic.

We’ve been using 8×8 for more than 5…

We’ve been using 8×8 for more than 5 years now and we are very happy with their service. 8×8 has the BEST VoIP services available in our experience. We work with one their best Sales Representatives, who is extremely helpful with any and all issues that may come up from time to time. As an authorized reseller for 8×8, we are able to troubleshoot and resolve most issues ourselves, but we do not encounter many issues overall.

We’ve been using 8×8 for more than 5 years now and we are very happy with their service. 8×8 has the BEST VoIP services available in our experience. Switching to 8X8 from Grasshopper has been easy and their soft phone app for both the PC and mobile phone have been a great feature added to our company. Customer service is very informative and knowledge about their systems and hardware. We are very happy with the service and all the features this system has . The mobile part makes it really valuable to our operation.

My company has been a 8×8 customer for over 12 years. The 8×8 platform has been able to handle every requirement as we have scaled from one to three locations. The system provides everything we need, from inbound call handling to overhead paging in our warehouses. Any problems that we have had with the service have been attributable to our internet provider.

When I first started at mPower we had…

When I first started at mPower we had only had mobile phones and not intraoffice system. After a little research I stumbled upon 8×8 and a week later our phones arrived. I am so happy with how easy they were to use and also all the credit I got for making us more efficient. I especially love the feature that allows me to set up phones to ring simultaneously to the employees desk phone as well as their cell phone.

We have been with 8×8 for a couple of years now, and we LOVE working with them. Their phone service is top-notch, as is their support staff. We switched from a competitor to 8×8, and the process was easy and seamless. We appreciate all of the features they provide. You won’t be disappointed with 8×8!

Avoid working with this company at all costs. They have mastered the art of deception and poor customer service. Their “service” system is built and designed to make it impossible to get a straight answer. It’s no wonder every sales person at every competitor I talk with says they hear the same thing from former 8×8 customers; “this company is the worst.” 8×8 needs to be decapitated from the top down and restructured before it goes out of business. Good luck!

Sadly some of the worst service ever experienced. Their product itself is ok, but the lack of customer service makes it unusable. Used their own portal to submit support request per their instructions after calling and being told they couldn’t help. No response to my tickets although their dashboard shows records of my case being submitted and several follow up messages I’ve left. There are many other companies that care about their customers. Will be moving all 50,000+ units we have in our business to another company.
