The price is amazing and the process…

The price is amazing and the process is interesting BUT we are a business and we’re not in the phone book at all (so customers can’t find us), the sounds cuts out frequently, customers say they try to call me and it doesn’t go through and I’m sitting by the phone and it doesn’t ring (not all the time but occasionally) and faxes don’t go through both ways although it says it’s a “success”. VERY FRUSTRATING and terrible for our business!

I’ve been with Nextiva for a little over 5 years. Their Support is EXCELLENT. I have put in requests for features and now they offer every feature that I desire. With their vast call flow capabilities and excellent support I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a VOIP service. All around great company.

We are currently in the middle of a…

We are currently in the middle of a crisis with Nextiva!!! We signed up for Nextiva VoIP service on February 14, 2017. Monday February 27, 2017, we opened shop to discover that we no longer have telephone, fax nor internet services. We learned from AT&T that Nextiva submitted a request, on our behalf, to cancel our contract with AT&T. This was obviously not what we had agreed to with Nextiva. At this point, AT&T cannot re-establish our internet service until March 3, 2017. AT&T cannot expedite our request due to the ongoing flooding situation in our area. This means that we will be out of business for a minimum of 5 days. We are a small pharmacy and our enterprise systems operate behind a third party firewall which requires static ip addresses. When AT&T re-installs our internet service, we will get a new set of ip addresses so the firewall, POS system, security cameras, etc will all have to be reconfigured. I spent over two hours on the telephone, on day 1, with Nextiva level 1 support which only led us back to the mercy of AT&T. I reached out to our Nextiva Sales Agent, but learned that he was on leave of absence. I tried to escalate to Sales Agent’s manager; left several messages to explain our situation, but the fact that Nextiva shut down our business was not enough for him to return our calls. On day 2, I sent an email to Tomas Gorny (CEO) and other Nextiva Executives with copy to our Sales Agent & his manager, but did not get any response from anyone at Nextiva. Today is day 4 of our business being shut down. I followed-up on the email sent to Tomas Gorny, expressing my disappointment. Two hours later, I finally got a call from my Nextiva Sales Agent, but it was to let me know that it’s mine and AT&T’s fault. It is my fault because I signed the contract with Nextiva; he drew my attention to the fine prints on the contract where it says situations like mine may occur. It is AT&T’s fault, because AT&T should have verified with me before disconnecting my services. When I asked to terminate my Nextiva contract, even though we have not received services from them yet, Sales Agent said that I have to send an email request into their CRM system. Nextiva is a modern day snake oil salesman – they made a quick sale full of promises and then ran for the hills. No apologies, no accountability, no business integrity, and no acknowledgement for our financial lost – – this is their top down company culture and work ethics.

The phone system we have with…

The phone system we have with Nextiva is great! Their support is also top-notch. Quick answers and knowledgeable. I have a few recommendations that I hope they fix: 1. Enable CallKit on iOS App so iPhone rings when you get a call. 2. Allow for redial from a voicemail. If the person remembers to leave their number then I can write it down and call back. If they don’t…cant call back! 3. Add beeps when you soft/warm transfer so the receiving person knows when you complete a transfer. If those missing recommendations aren’t deal killers then I fully recommend Nextiva!

After a nightmare with RingCentral…

After a nightmare with RingCentral (which is still going on)… I moved our services to Nextiva. Even though they were a little bit higher in price, the quality of service difference is the same as walking across the country in shoes made of nails (RingCentral) and a private luxury jet flight. Everyone you talk to is in their Arizona support center, they are all lovely very knowledgeable people who KNOW the product, they aren’t zombies reading from a script with no ability to deviate. Then when I was a big dummy an messed up the settings, their support not only fixed it, but took the time to train me on how to make future changes. Each person I have talked to at Nextiva, is real people, with a polite sense of humor, caring to fully solve me problems and to go beyond what I even asked to make sure I have a great experience with their product. Being in the IT business, I deal with a LOT of different support companies, and Nextiva is probably my all time favorite to deal with and I could go on and on about the quality of people there. As for the product… It’s MUCH better than what I experienced with RC. I had though that VoIP was just glitchy, but Nextiva showed me it was my previous provider, and that phone quality could be excellent. I’ve never had a call that I needed to try to call back due to poor quality, it just works, every single time. Customers have ACTUALLY noticed our phone company change and commented about how much clearer I sound now and that they used to have a hard time understanding me. I also had assumed using a VoIP app was worthless, because RingCentral’s worked maybe 5% of the time (and that’s being nice)… But now we use the Nextiva App on our Android and iPhones, along with using our computers with a headset as a phone. The options work so flawless, I’m stunned at just learning VoIP could work this well. I can not thank Nextiva enough, from saving me from a horrible situation. I literally can not think of a single con I’ve ran into on their service. It is amazing how good it feels, to call a company and the very first person you talk to, is intelligent on the product and truly cares about helping you. THANK YOU NEXTIVA! More companies should be like yours!

Editor’s Bottom Line:

It should come as almost no surprise to hear that Nextiva frequently ranks top amongst user reviews of service providers. Nextiva offers some of the most compelling services and solutions at some of the best price points for the industry, all while maintaining a robust, carrier grade network with redundant data centers scattered around the country. Any business that requires an absolute complete package, but also might require some assistance in developing the best solution for their unique situation will enjoy the level of service that Nextiva provides. Nextiva doesn’t just sell a phone system, they sell an entire experience and support network along with it.

Nextiva’s most popular plan is easily their Office Pro Plus cloud calling solution. With unlimited calling included, among some of high level Enterprise features at an affordable price point, Nextiva’s Office Pro Plus plan represents just how capable the provider’s entire product stack truly is. If your business requires a simple, inexpensive solution then the basic Office Pro will supply the necessary features, others you didn’t expect to have at such a low price point, and you won’t be breaking the bank at all. The entire deal is sweetened when you remember Nextiva’s award winning service and support.

Beyond just communications, Nextiva has continued to innovate and expand their offerings wherever the Nextiva touch is necessary. If your business also requires contact center functions to handle incoming phone calls, Nextiva’s NextOS can help your business manage all systems under one unique, proprietary management portal – in fact NextOS can even be considered an entire operating system for your communications setup, and with Nextiva driving everything, the entire experience is seamless, simple and quick.

Nextiva does also offer PBX SIP trunking for any business that wants to take advantage of legacy solutions, or even Nextiva Drive for cloud storage and Nextiva vFax for all internet faxing. At the end of the day, Nextiva is one of the most well rounded Unified Communication providers on the market – the combination of a diversified solution portfolio, unmatched service and support, and a robust network are a key recipe for Nextiva’s success, and your business’ success.
