I was looking for another VoiP provider because my current VoiP provider Ooma has a blacklist limit of 1,024. After searching and searching, VoiPLY had the same feature of SPAM Blocker, and they don’t have a limit. Best of all, they also offer eFax that is HIPAA compliant!! The no limit blacklist was a win, then the eFax feature was another win. Then, the icing on the cake, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Love love the customer service. Leah was one of the main reasons I switched. She understood and made me feel at ease of all my concerns. The rest of the team was also very responsive. knowledgeable, and understood all my issues and concerns. VoiPLY also have great features and at a reasonable and fair price in my humble opinion. I am a new customer that transferred all my accounts from Ooma to VoiPLY.

Only time will tell if the longevity of the service will remain top notch. From initial experience, I am very happy. No reason to change my mind.

Please do not sign up for one year. Phone calls never come through when people call. Every time I report they will have me uninstall app, do something on their end and reinstall. Few days later same issues. After 30 days no money back even though it rarely works. Issues every week for the last few months.

Easy to order but, I did not understand the term “porting” for they asked me if I want to keep my number. It would have been nice if they followed the term “porting” with “(keeping your old phone number)” and “porting would take 7 to ten working days” with a brief explanation. I am sure many home users unsophisticated in common terminology used in VOIP would also appreciate this. Install was easy needing only an ethernet cable for connecting to your modem or router (not provided but inexpensive), 110 volt power source and your old telephone cable from your old system – all plug compatible. Email support is superb! So far, very pleased (after one week of use).

Pros: Seems to operate as advertised!.

I have used and setup Voice over IP (VoIP) for many years on business platforms. And they don’t offer the services as simple and as clean as VoIPLy does. And the annual (pay a year at time) is one of the best deals on the market. I did one of the [internet] free setups of a VoIP, but the features were not there and I had to buy the equipment. A few nice features to point out, emergency fail-over, simultaneous ring, and three pre-set voice mails that you can customize and choose on the fly with the app. The emergency fail-over is if your VoIP device goes off-line the call will be sent to another number of your choosing. This means I don’t give out my cell phone number, I only use my VoIPLy number. It follows me, it rings on my cell at the same time as at my house. And with their ‘extra-line’ (for free) I can answer a second call on my cell while my wife is on the phone [with my daughter (very common)]. It was a very easy switch from my Verizon FiOS ‘land-line’ to port the number to VoIPLy and setup the free VoIP box so that all the land-line phones in my house just work the same as they have for many years. My wife and family knows no difference on the phone services in the house. But I see the benefits both dollars and features; including getting text messages on my VoIPLy ‘line’.

The easy installation was a blessing, The online support was outstanding. The overall service is great. I have recommended Voiply to others and they feel the same way. The contact I dealt with for setup answered all the questions I had. The equipment was easy to install and the instructions worked the first time.

I tried to place an order for this service but the page locked up and never showed a completed order. Customer service chat was a bit disjointed and no emails to confirm order requests were ever received. I decided to cancel since it was a problem from inception. Never used the service, never received any ordered equipment, and never got a refund. The customer service phone number went to voice mail…. Now the number I was going to port over is unusable until it gets released.

The whole experience seemed a bit shady and it was definitely not for me. I will try a different provider.

I find that Voiply was a very good choice in my cord cutting away from Optimum. The price is right and the few problems that I have had have been cleared in the chat. Let me just say the problems were few. I have and will continue to recommend Voiply. On another note, there have been times in a long conversation where the call is dropped. I am sure some of the reasons are on the other end and not a Voiply problem. Still, that is not enough to nor recommend the service.

Leah helped me today and she was so much fun to talk to on the chat feature. Friendly, funny, but most of all was knowledgeable! Took care of what I needed and made me laugh at the same time.
