I recently switched my landline phone…

I recently switched my landline phone from an “alphabet company” to VOIPLY. My experience with VOIPLY has been nothing less than outstanding. The initial process was fairly straightforward and once the porting over of my phone number was completed it has been smooth sailing. VOIPLY kept me informed of the progress of the process and the only issues switching issues I had were with my previous provider. The annual cost of VOIPLY is less than 1/6 of what I had been paying for the same type service. If I had to pick one thing that I was most impressed with it is their prompt and accurate customer service. Whenever I contacted them about the most insignificant issue they responded within minutes with a resolution. I deal with a lot of companies on a regular basis and I can honestly attest that VOIPLY takes care of their customers. In this day and age I deal with many companies who blame their bad customer service on COVID and it is refreshing to know that there are folks like VOIPLY who still care.

Everything was so simple and seamless. VIOPLY has taken this technology and their customer service to a level rarely experienced. From finding them online to understanding what I needed to getting the porting done, the process was simple. They sent the hardware I needed for installation and it arrived within a few days. Once the porting was complete they informed me that I was ready to complete the installation which was simple and I completed in no time. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND them for your phone service! BTW, I also recommend this service to my Mother-in-Law and she loves it too!

I love Voiply. I now have it on both my phone lines and you can’t beat the pricing. I switched from a large telecom to another VOIP and landed on Voiply and couldn’t be happier! Simple setup, easy instructions helps…

Simple setup, easy instructions helps me to get started. Best thing which I liked most that you don’t need an extra hardware to be installed. Just a small box & you are good to go. I was paying a lot to Vonage earlier but Voiply saved me extra bucks which I can use for Netflix :) Hope the prices stays the same then they will get some good business for sure. Thanks V

Voicemail not working. Quality of call…

Voicemail not working. Quality of call not great. Initial Bill clarity poor. Automatically enrolled in Autopay without asking. The Voicemail complaint I reported. They responded . They said they rebooted and told me to reboot the Voiply box. I did as they said , but still voicemail problem exists and I think they too admit they can’t do anything about it by just repeatedly saying reboot the box. When calls come echoes are there and background noises as others have felt in the review. Bill Clarity , I did mention before : enrolling in a hurry thinking the bill is $8.?? and later receiving the bill for $12.??.

Not sure why I didn’t check Yelp unless I was unable to find VoIPLy here. I signed up in June 2020. I had issues from the start. While the Customer Service is really quick and appears helpful, the issues never ceased. I would have dropped calls and calls simply not coming through. I paid for a year and gave it 6 months. I really, really wanted to like VoIPLy but it was a nightmare. If I choose to have a home phone, I need to know that it will work 99.9% of the time. They initially tried to tell me it was my internet speed but I have fiber optic and I also have been working at home with zero-dropped WebEx calls and video. I would really like for them to refund 50% of my fees but I know that will never happen.

The price advertisement was $8.95…

The price advertisement was $8.95 monthly. At checkout they described Tax $3.04 and $8.95 monthly in 2 rows without giving or displaying the Total $11.99. At checkout I could not make out whether Tax was included in the monthly payment or we had to add both. Only after porting , we can know the correct bill. A kind of misinformation tactics. Quality looks good , I have been only 2 days as a customer.

I recently switched from VONAGE VoIP service to VoIPLy. Main reason is Price and ability receive to txt to my VOIP #. Installation and setup was very easy. Sound quality is acceptable and Call Forwarding works well. SPAM Bot is built-in to work with NomoRobo. Portal interface is a bit weak, not intuitive and is not well organized on the page; nevertheless it is functional. ***Customer support is the best.*** Annual pricing is inviting but no pro-rated refunds if you leave the service. I am generally satisfied and I recommend VoIPLy service. I hope the iPhone app is released soon as that would solve some of my issues.

I think that if i had researched more…

I think that if i had researched more prior to buying it would have been better for me. I believe the customer service here is second to none. However if you are on a dsl router out in the boondocks you may not get good service. But customer service is wonderfully patient and they make you feel important and that means a lot.

I got VoIPly since I work from home and…

I got VoIPly since I work from home and needed a phone line for day to day meetings. So far it works 70% of the time. A lot of times my audio cuts in and out when I am on meetings or it gets garbled. I have to then switch to my cell phone or use computer audio (voip) for the meeting. For sporadic usage this is a fine product. For every day use when you are on meetings 5-6 hours a day, it’s not an ideal experience. I’ve had days where the audio would be garbled for 1/2 a day which makes it useless.
