Over all review I love the service and excellent help on questions and answers. It was very easy to install and help was easy. I recommand this service to all interested on the service. The reps were excellent in getting back to you in a timely fashion. Excellent fiber optics can get calls and receive calls clear. I am very pleased with this service and the reps.
Awesome service. Everyone is so nice…
Awesome service. Everyone is so nice and professional. So glad I found your service online. Alot less than ATT. Put a link on my Facebook page for my friends and family. Easy to hookup at home. Answered all my questions very fast. No complaints at all. Thank you again for everything. Look forward to using your service for many years to come.
I have just switched my phone service…
I have just switched my phone service over from Comcast in order to save some money. I was very impressed on how easy it was switch over. My unit arrived promplty and once I received notification my number ported over the installation process was a breeze. I did have an issue with my answering machine working like it did with Comcast but after a short chat session with Customer Service they had me set up as normal. I have not noticed any difference in my phone quality since switching over and the Robo calls are down to a trickle. I would recomend this service to anyone who is looking to change their current phone service.
Great price compared to other services….
Great price compared to other services. Outstanding product is easy to use and as clear as my old land line. Installation is super easy. Easy ordering and fast shipping made for fast setup and immediate service. Superior service with great answers to all my questions. Could not be any happier with VoiPly.
I think the voice quality is much…
I think the voice quality is much better then my former land line – internet provider. Now I have a clear signal without the DSL distortion in the background. I like the yearly plan. I paid once, got a price break, and don’t have to worry about a bill for a year. I really appreciated the free number port, caller ID, call waiting, and voice mail. Another company I was considering wanted 39.99 to port my number. I think that was the clincher for me. On the other hand, I didn’t know how to set up a voice message for my voice mail. I called customer service and she talked me through it. Instructions in the box with the adapter would have saved me the trouble of calling CS and would have saved CS from having to walk me through it. Instructions for turning on nomorobo should be included also. I discovered how to turn it on while trying to set up voice mail. Nomorobo really did lower my spam callers. I was pleasantly surprised.
Voiply website states “Money Back…
Voiply website states “Money Back Guarantee” which is false. I purchased the residential service and found out it does not work with my phone system (this was not clearly stated on the website). I returned the equipment within 30 days and cancelled my service. I waited to receive my refund. After a few weeks I contacted Voiply and they claimed the inside packaging was missing and I would not receive a refund. This was not true. I question their business practice. I wonder how many other customers have had this same issue.
VoiPLy is a bogus service. Anyone…
VoiPLy is a bogus service. Anyone claiming a seamless installation has to be questioned. Initially upon provisioning I would have calls dropped on a random basis. Firstly, I had to disable the SIP ALG settings on my router yet my prior service this was not an issue. Secondly, incoming calls would randomly go to voice mail or call forwarding without ringing our landline. After Voiply tech service instructed us to do a factory reset we lost all ability to get incoming calls and all outgoing calls get dropped after 20-30 seconds. Now I am being told that I need to gt my ISP to change my IP address from a WAN to a LAN IP address. This makes no sense to me or my to ISP provider.
In my case [and perhaps yours too]:
1) The promise of plug-and-play is false and misleading
2) The promise of reliable service with 99.999% up-time is false and misleading
3) The promise of US based customer support seems to be false and misleading. On the few times I spoke with a technical support person it was readily apparent that they were not US based and there were communication issues.
4) Claim no set up fees yet they charged both first a last month … so if you cancel does not seem you get these credited back on a full or prorated basis … a defacto setup fee.
5) Unstable system and inability to resolve technical issues. Run away from this outfit as fast as possible.
VoiPLy unlimited Calls is bogus. VoiPLy…
VoiPLy unlimited Calls is bogus. VoiPLy blocked my outgoing calls as in their system I have made 150 calls during a billing cycle. I dispute VoiPLy claim and in spite of my several attempts I could not reach out to VoiPLy billing team to get my call details. The customer service is horrible. I recommend NOT to subscribe to this sevice
I purchased this system for my primary…
I purchased this system for my primary and secondary residence. From start to finish it was a pretty seamless setup. I placed two orders one for each home, ported both numbers, and everything worked as it should.
Reading the other reviews, I was worried about dropped calls or getting half of my calls, but in working with Voiply I now know there are some technical things you need to do to ensure reliability.
Support and their knowledge base helped me through both home setups. I’m techy myself and the technology Voiply is working with is cutting edge. It’s like buying anything new, there are things you need to do to make it work.

Can call but not receive calls! Not a sign of a reliable service. The customer support gets back to you, but that has not solved the issue. The reviews show the company is going down hill fast. I had no issues in June during the 30 day trial, now I use them to hold onto my number for all it’s worth.
It’s about half the price and you only…
It’s about half the price and you only get half your calls. From the beginning when I call home and still now I get a Voiply msg when I call home. Then I call someone’s cell phone and they tell me the voiply internet phone did not ring. I can call 2 or 3 times at that time and it will not ring.
I have not heard of outgoing calls not working.
Connection time is slow. After connection there is 2 or 3 seconds before you can hear each other.
I had 1-voip for 2 years before this and after they got it working at first, I never had any problems. I only changed as their price was going up some. If you need your phone to work skip voiply. I still have it for now, but might have to leave. I have talked to support about this a number of times but the problem just comes back and my internet speed is 300mb. Have for 4 months
Great, reliable service for a good…
Great, reliable service for a good price. Would recommend to anyone who wants to set up a system full of features and then never to think about it again. We upgraded our system and ended up paying less without any technical issues. The installation was fast and thier staff was a pleasure to work with.
I was a customer for about 1.5 months…
I was a customer for about 1.5 months and recently cancelled.
While I was on the phone with people, I would receive fast busy tones which means I got disconnected. This would happen every one out of 3 phone calls. I wasn’t sure if the issue was on my end or the other person’s end. However, I finally figured out it was VoiPly that was the issue. Also when I was talking on the phone, I could hear somebody else speaking. This is a very big security issue. I do NOT recommend this service. They only offer 30 day money back guarantee. Timing is suspicious since I started having issues about 45-50 days into service.
1. The negative – Several months into…
1. The negative – Several months into VoiPLy and still experiencing calls dropping after a few minutes.
2. The positive – The tech support has been excellent and responsive! Folks really trying to help. They keep a continuous log of chat history, and have tied emails to the chat. So whether you contact by email or chat, it’s all one thread! Today, the support team made an additional change, and as I write, I’ve had an open phone call lasting thirty minutes. PROBLEM MAY BE FIXED, but until I can confirm it, I can’t recommend the service yet, but if problem resolved, I will recommend.
3. As for features, I would ask that you allow at least one additional email address to receive voice mails. The reason we have this service is so our home has one common communication link for the family. With messages going to only email, it minimizes the value.

I’ve been using Voiply for over a year now. Everything about it has been easy… I reached out to chat support and they answered all of my setup questions quickly. It’s a shame I didn’t make the move sooner would have saved a lot of money on my AT&T bill. I’ve already recommended Voiply to several friends who signed up.

Editor’s Bottom Line of VoIPly
With headquarters based in Pittsburgh, PA, VoIPLy is dedicated to the mission of providing reliable, simple, and cost effective Unified Communications. With a major focus on the SMB market, VoIPLy offers a very competitive Business plan that rivals some of the largest providers. With such a low entry cost, no contracts or setup fees, and 60 included features, VoIPLy already has a recipe for a compelling offering. However, add in a 30 day money back guarantee, and on top of it free IP phones for your new service, and VoIPLy brings to the table one of the best solutions for any business migrating over to a Hosted PBX.
While the free phones are basic, VoIPLy helps remove some of the initial barrier to entry VoIP, and even allows users to upgrade to more advanced phones. But if phones aren’t all you need, then VoIPLy should have you covered with a massive feature set — including Auto Attendants, Toll Free Numbers, International Dialing, Call Recording, Online Meeting and even Video Conferencing for no extra cost. VoIPLy themselves explain how the provider aims to stay at the forefront of technology and innovation, and that is evident in the inclusion of not only Online Meetings but even a Developer API to build your own unique integrations.
In fact, the inclusion of access to a Developer API helps set VoIPLy apart from other similar providers, aiming towards the SMB side of the market. While a cost effective VoIP solution isn’t very difficult to come by, one that includes as much as VoIPLy does (including IP phones and a Developer API) is fairly unique. For the teams that still need it, Virtual Faxing is included with VoIPLy service as well — which can be a major factor for certain SMBs, depending on the industry.
Support should have you covered as well. VoIPLy offers both 24/7 email and live chat, along with phone support for 8am to 8pm EST. While a relatively new company into the Hosted PBX and VoIP industry, VoIPLy still manages to offer one of the most compelling Business plans for the cost conscious SMB. While not their main audience, VoIPLy does have a strong enough solution for even larger sized teams that need a simple and easy VoIP solution, especially when migrating from a legacy system.
