I signed up for the service and received the unit with absolutely no instructions or documentation. The website portal is not very helpful and you have to contact customer support for every simple question. Voicemails were not being sent to my email address. All in all, it’s been a painful, frustrating experience.

We’ve been using Voiply’s service for over 3+ years now. Service has been reliable, support has been fantastic to work with. All around a great company that has saved us a lot of money moving to a VOIP phone system. We highly recommend using Voiply, it’s a company you will love doing business with!

Doesn’t work most of the times to landlines or cell phones randomly. Tried multiple domestic, international, landline and cell phones. Receiver(s) many a times don’t even hear a ring and the connection is cut. At times, where it did work, it took long time to connect and there was lag time when talking.
I called their customer support. They logged an issue and there has been 0 follow ups since 7 days. All in All horrible service. I cannot imagine so many reviews being legit. Returning it now within the 30 day return policy. I’ll2 see if that is legit.

The company I work for has worked its way through 4-5 providers. NO ONE comes even close to VOIPLY. Their product delivery is fast, their setup is very fast, uptime is almost 100%, Their service techs when needed are courteous knowledgeable and quick. If a problem does exist it’s usually corrected while your still talking to them. I believe they are the best VOIP company out there. I would recommend them 100%.

So they claim to have Android, IOS, Windows, Mac support, in reality they have Chrome support. Their app ONLY works via an open browser window. Accidentally close the window and you have NO COMMUNICATIONS! There are also no Chrome extensions that currently work on their “new platform”, which seems to have fewer working features than their old platform.
Customer service is good and responds quickly, and the website is very slick, but the product is simply lacking. AVOID this service unless you want to be frustrated.

I converted over from eVoice for my business, and recently with one of my clients (Southwest Florida Symphony) we moved from Comcast Business VoiceEdge to VoipLy…a HUGE decision considering the amount of extensions, and the reliability on Box Office Phone Ticket purchases. We took the plunge and have not looked back at all. VoipLy is highly recommended for any business, don’t get caught up with a minute by minute counting company like eVoice, 300 minutes…what is this 1997?? And Comcast…$500+ for a phone system that the phones don’t work outside the office?? It’s VoIP, right? And the inflexibility with the settings on the control dashboard are extremely frustrating. Get yourself a reliable system like VoipLy, you will thank your wallet, and your peace of mind.

We moved our business to a new location. No downtime and keeping our existing numbers were very important to us. The team over at Voiply excelled in every aspect of the project. Communication about porting, new hardware, and the project in general was amazing. We ordered the phones online, arrived at our new location, plugged them in and all phones worked as we configured them online. Once our numbers ported the new phones started to ring to the call scenario we picked. Call quality and ongoing support have been great, no complaints with this company
When I needed help with porting my…
When I needed help with porting my number, the customer service rep was so dismissive like she didn’t want to help at all. This service charges you 2 months upfront but I had NO access to any service for 2 weeks. They did not give me any log-in information for 2 weeks. Didn’t bother to mail my installation unit for 2 weeks, and I did not receive it for 3 weeks. So I am paying for 3 weeks, nearly a month of nothing. Then I found out that you cannot disable voicemail. I get voicemails emailed to me in a file and I have to download the audio file just to listen. I further found out that I have no access to call logs, so I can’t keep track of my calls, which is incredibly important in my work. When I started to search for a new service, VOIPLY disabled my service for several days, costing me calls and money. All of a sudden, one day the service was just magically turned back on a few days before my new service took place. When I needed an invoice that showed the number and service I purchased so I could get the line approved for work they were unable to produce one. It’s been one bad experience after another with this company.

Love the product. Love the price. Love the support staff. The only thing is the portal is difficult to learn although the staff helps to get things setup. I just wish it was a bit more user friendly so I didn’t have to rely on them as much since my voicemail greeting change.

We switched to Voiply about a year ago and have been pleased with the service and communication we get from them.

I have been a customer of Voiply for about 5 years with both my former employer and current employer and they have been exceptional. They provide quality products and services. When support is needed, they will work with you until the issue is fixed. They go above and beyond what is expected to make sure their customers are happy. They give a very personalized customer experience.

I would highly recommend Voiply. I was extremely apprehensive about switching from copper phone lines to VOIP. They made the process so easy. I want to especially thank John in there customer service department who went above and beyond to make sure that our phone system was up and running the same day with all of the specifications that we had requested. Every time I call or email them with a question I get an immediate response. We are so pleased and thankful that we chose Voiply as our new VOIP provider.

Have used VoIPLy for over a year…
Have used VoIPLy for over a year, I think it’s safe to say that the service leaves much to be desired. The biggest problem is certainly that you have a 50/50 shot of actually being able to place an outgoing call. It seems to be a relatively new service as many features are missing and the support staff is unfamiliar with the system. I’d highly recommend looking at a different service until VoIPLy matures.
With humble beginnings in 2012, VoIPLy recognized that the Cloud was more than just another passing trend. With a focus on Unified Communications, leveraging the latest technologies, VoIPLy’s mission is to be at the forefront of servicing SMB’s worldwide. With over 5,000 businesses served, VoIPLy’ proudly claims their hard work has paid off — but continues to work towards innovation and remaining at the cusp of communication technologies. With their own proprietary solution, VoIPLy has been building, changing, and expanding their platform for the last 10 years.
With core values highlighting “simplicity, reliability and customer service,” VoIPLy manages to hit the trifecta of a quality VoIP provider. VoIPLy includes the major features any business would need, racking up over 60 included features, all included in even the most basic Business Pro package. VoIPLy claims to cut phone bills by 50%, through the vast number of included features, no contracts and setup fees, and more importantly free phones included with service. If your business is just looking to switch to a Hosted PBX provider, VoIPLy might stand as one a very cost effective entry the Cloud market for SMBs.

Editor’s Bottom Line of VoIPly
With headquarters based in Pittsburgh, PA, VoIPLy is dedicated to the mission of providing reliable, simple, and cost effective Unified Communications. With a major focus on the SMB market, VoIPLy offers a very competitive Business plan that rivals some of the largest providers. With such a low entry cost, no contracts or setup fees, and 60 included features, VoIPLy already has a recipe for a compelling offering. However, add in a 30 day money back guarantee, and on top of it free IP phones for your new service, and VoIPLy brings to the table one of the best solutions for any business migrating over to a Hosted PBX.
While the free phones are basic, VoIPLy helps remove some of the initial barrier to entry VoIP, and even allows users to upgrade to more advanced phones. But if phones aren’t all you need, then VoIPLy should have you covered with a massive feature set — including Auto Attendants, Toll Free Numbers, International Dialing, Call Recording, Online Meeting and even Video Conferencing for no extra cost. VoIPLy themselves explain how the provider aims to stay at the forefront of technology and innovation, and that is evident in the inclusion of not only Online Meetings but even a Developer API to build your own unique integrations.
In fact, the inclusion of access to a Developer API helps set VoIPLy apart from other similar providers, aiming towards the SMB side of the market. While a cost effective VoIP solution isn’t very difficult to come by, one that includes as much as VoIPLy does (including IP phones and a Developer API) is fairly unique. For the teams that still need it, Virtual Faxing is included with VoIPLy service as well — which can be a major factor for certain SMBs, depending on the industry.
Support should have you covered as well. VoIPLy offers both 24/7 email and live chat, along with phone support for 8am to 8pm EST. While a relatively new company into the Hosted PBX and VoIP industry, VoIPLy still manages to offer one of the most compelling Business plans for the cost conscious SMB. While not their main audience, VoIPLy does have a strong enough solution for even larger sized teams that need a simple and easy VoIP solution, especially when migrating from a legacy system.
