I mainly use CloudTalk to make pre-qualification calls to my prospects. It is a great tool to record my calls. After a whole day of calls, I can see the number of calls I made today and also the prospect's numbers. It is a great tool that helps me every day and I certainly recommend it to anyone who is working as an Inside Sales who needs to make a lot of calls.

Pros:

from my view cloud talk has two main key issues. First: we run several international numbers (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany, before even Russia) in ONE dashboard. Second; It is impossible to lead, even with missed calls, since the system show numbers until an agent had called the customer back :-)

The dashboards that keep track of your calls are very comprehensive so you easily see where you perform well and vice versa.
