We had a power surge that took out the phones. It took a month for these people to release the phone number so we could get our business phones back and running. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. It took them 2 weeks just to let us know that records are kept under your personal name. Also, they sold our number to Level 3 Communication and then that company was sold. We had to get the local sales rep to find out who owned the number. That took another week!

Also, they don't work weekends, and take lots of vacation, so you can't get anything done when it is convenient for you.

Pros: phones worked well, unless internet was down.
Cons: service.

We have had a 4 week outage with one of the premium products the UC One Communicator. This is used by our company internally as well as the clients in which we resell their product too. The Communicator is heavily used for chat, user status, click to dial and soft phone use. The communicator has been down for the most part for 4 weeks. The support team continues to tell us they are "working" on it directly with software vendor who is BroadSoft, the nations largest and leader in VOIP technology and infrastructure. I've worked professionally in IT for 20+ years and I can honestly say that I've never had an outage that lasted this long. We switched to BluIP a few months back and have experienced 2 outages so far, and we came for a vendor that had poor service but not ZERO outages!!

For example, Hosted PBX includes, Auto Attendant, Voicemail Transcription, Scalability, and more. Separately, SIP Trunking includes Large Enterprise Support Bursting, Multimedia SIP Trunks, ISDN calling features, Remote “Office,” and more. Additionally, users can access the Navigator, which is a series of designated portals—i.e. “My Portal” for provisioning, call forwarding, profile management, reports, etc; “Orion” for customer management, billing and provisioning; “Support”; “My PBX” for management of voice features; “Call Center” for management and monitoring of incoming calls and queues; and “Call Recording” for recording and managing call recordings and users.There are also a number of other support resources available including White Papers, Testimonials, Nationwide Coverage Chart, Customer Portal, Key Feature Pages, and more. Users can also contact the provider directly via email and phone.
