Have subbed to this service for 6 months (more or less) and I can’t complain. Their customer service is very helpful whenever you have a query, and their call quality is the same as any other VoIP service on the market. Great purchase! I would recommend to all the VoIP users to at least get their trial version.

I had a problem where every 4th or 5th outgoing call made, once answered would immediately go to a fast busy. I complained multiple times over my one year of service. I had one response and that was to power down everything and then bring it back up. I had already done this several times so that was no help. Afterwards I reported this at least a half dozen more times and never got a single response.
Apparently they have no technical support. I left them and went back to my previous provider. Do not go for this service to lower your costs. You will certainly lower your level of service and satisfaction.

What do I even say? My entire office is hooked up with AXvoice connections. No issues either! Call quality is top-notch too and I’ve yet to have any disconnections or issues with the connectivity. That could be down to the internet working without a hitch, but I’ll report back if there are any disruptions.
My last VoIP service allowed me to use…
My last VoIP service allowed me to use shortcodes to change settings for my phone. With Axvoice, I have to do all that through their web account. It’s not a hassle. But it’s definitely quite a change. But now that I am used to it, I can discuss the other aspects of the service. All in all, my wife and I love that we have a home phone. Our kids are young, and we don’t agree with offering them personal-use smartphones. Instead, we have iPads and a central home phone from where they make calls to their friends. We also don’t allow IM apps on their iPads, so we know anytime they are calling their friends using Axvoice.

A shoutout to Axvoice for staying affordable even in 2022. And seriously, this is the first time in so many years, I am reconsidering using a VoIP phone over my Verizon while I am at home or in the office. Axvoice doesn’t have their app for phones so that’s quite a bummer. The app I downloaded from the app store is not great either, so the one-the-go calling experience is not there. The rest is absolutely great.

Recently got on board the new VoIP connection for my home office and it just works. I’m surprised by how quick the setup was. Mind you, I’ve used plenty of VoIP connections before, and I’ve just renewed my license with them for a year. Everything works as advertised: call quality is excellent and limitless dialing is also available. Everything is smooth sailing so far.
Our company needed a new VoIP service….
Our company needed a new VoIP service. We were obviously in the market for something that wouldn’t break the bank with setups and running. Most of the ones we found were $35+ per month, and that just wouldn’t be enough to justify the minimal use we needed out of it. AXVoice was recommended through a random Google search, and well, I guess it was exactly what we needed. Incredibly cost-effective as a business solution and works just as well as any other.

I’ve been using AXvoice’s VoIP service for a month now and initially found it difficult to get my existing Vonage number ported here, but managed to get it done. That is where I wish their customer service would’ve been slightly better at helping. But all in all, after the initial setup woes, I’m enjoying my experience. Call quality is great, and having to pay a fraction of the cost is always going to be a benefit for anyone.
Unable to contact technical or customer…
Unable to contact technical or customer service after hours, holidays or weekends. Only method is by email. No live chat either. Contracts are ambiguous and they will charge you for things you already paid for or don’t have. I was left once without phone service as they set up the phone incorrectly the first time. Then I switched modem which should not cause a problem and was without service. Very frustrating. Takes a long time for the call to connect.

I needed a good VoIP service for my business a few months back. And while researching I came across AXvoice and its business VoIP solutions. It’s been so helpful to me that I decided to write this review. I’d recommend it to all small and big businesses because it offers various features to always keep you in touch with your customers, colleagues, and employees. Especially its simultaneous ring feature lets me pick up my calls no matter I’m at home, in my car, or at the office. 3 different phones can be used to answer calls at any time. Naturally 5 stars!
