very bad service. their line did not…

very bad service. their line did not work overseas. tried to cancel the service, I could not. they kept charging my card and I disputed their charges with the credit card company. case ongoing. they have terrible customer service and they will make it difficult for you to cancel. do not trust them with your credit card number

I have submitted multiple tickets…

I have submitted multiple tickets asking to help unblock a number from their system, as this number is my important and could never able to get through. I even email all the departments for help. Non go back to me at all. FRUSTRATION!!!! I tried the live chat it routed me back to AxVoice home page instead. No phone to contact or any way to get live agent to talk to. The problem had been over a month and half and still not resolved. I would rate it a Zero to negative!!!

I signed up for their annual plan to…

I signed up for their annual plan to take advantage of their lowest rate. But 2 months later I was erroneously charged an additional $19 and they have yet to refund me. In fact, they won’t even answer my emails on this matter. Then when my renewal came due a year later, they do not notify you of the billing amount. They just went ahead and billed me a monthly charge of $18 (instead of $158 for the year). When I emailed them concerning this, their response was that this is their policy and if I wanted the lower rate I would have to contact them before the monthly billing rate occurred. Who does that? It’s a “gotcha scheme.” Worst of all, the only way to contact them is via email. Their chat feature is no longer available even though it shows on their web page, and phone support is non-existent. Worse of all, when you email them, they deflect answering your direct question. Currently, I am in the middle of a simple billing question that has bounced back and forth over 12 times, and we’re still going. There are better (and cheaper) alternatives to AxVoice.

Anyone looking for a robust VoIP service should definitely give AxVoice a try. Cheap, diverse features, and delivers excellent call quality. Then, there is the option of switching to a low-bandwidth codec that certainly is a cool feature. This surely wouldn’t disappoint those who have to make a lot of calls or their business entirely depends on constant collaboration and telecommunication.

Anyone looking for a robust VoIP service should definitely give AxVoice a try. Cheap, diverse features, and delivers excellent call quality. AxVoice has surely provided a cheap alternative for long-distance calls. Since most of us are now working from home due to COVID-19, this VoIP didn’t let our work suffer. The features are great and are great for customer support that involves most of the work being done on calls. I would recommend this service.

Not gonna complain because there isn’t much to talk about. The only thing I would really appreciate is a reminder email before the actual billing. I had been doing a project in another city and couldn’t use my VoIP but I was hoping I won’t be billed automatically. But that was before I got to know of auto billing.

I have to travel a lot due to the nature of my work, and my business cannot survive without VoIP. Long-distance calls become quite expensive with the landline. AxVoice has provided cost-effective solutions to business owners like me. AxVoice works smoothly with excellent call quality. The features are impressive, to say the least. All in all, AxVoice is a VoIP that wouldn’t disappoint.

From day one, the service had issues….

From day one, the service had issues. The quality of calls was not great, even after I upgraded to high-speed internet. Voicemail access is touch and go, messages disappear without being listened to. Eventually, it stopped working altogether. Customer service would email me one small suggested fix. It wouldn’t work. Another one. Wouldn’t work. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails – they literally gave up trying to fix my issue. I still have no idea why it wouldn’t work. Because of their delayed and incomplete responses, I went a few weeks without having a working line. They refused to refund me for any of that month. Then, when I cancelled my service, they charged my credit card for the adapter on the day of cancellation, before they even asked me to return it (which, by the way, they do not send you packaging or postage for)! The whole thing felt like a scam. Definitely do not use these guys.

I read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. During the purchase, I input all of my NetGear router information so that they could configure the unit for my settings. I was never able to make outgoing calls, and after 4 days of ongoing email tickets, they were unable to resolve the issue. Customer Service is non-existant! There is NO LIve Chat (even though they show a link on their website), there is NO phone number to call, they only respond by email and never with complete answers and information. I would wait 8-10 hours on average for an email reply and they would not call me to get my settings resolved. I cancelled the service.

In the beginning (2015) the introductory rate and service were good. Of course prices went up after the first year, service remained the same. By the third year pricing was equal the the highest price competitors, and service had dropped. Last month i could not receive incoming calls, and my message service had functioned erratically. Writing an email seemed awkward and phone and chat were non-existent. A reply came three days latter, advising to reboot the router and phone router in which were done several times by that time. and never answered my reply that that was of no help. I can not emphasize enough how much i advise a prospective client to avoid this company. In needing reliable phone service i sought out another provider, and canceled my service. Almost immediately thereafter 39.99 was removed from my account for hardware. I had sent back hardware as described and then my bank account was debited for another months subscriber fee. Mind you there is no response still from Axvoice.
