Yes, I was surprised. I didn’t have to buy a bunch of things to use Axvoice. It provided free hardware as a plug-and-play device that I could use to easily set it up and start using it. Definitely an incredible purchase without the chaos that accompanies installation generally. One of the best services.
Yes, honestly, I was surprised. I didn’t have to buy a bunch of things to use Axvoice. Since Axvoice has been around the VoIP block for a while, it has an advantage over the competition thanks to its unlimited calls in North America. It allows heavy users and those running a business to make unlimited calls without having to worry about the bill. Additionally, there is no requirement for upgrades or protracted activation procedures because it works with most hardware.
Axvoice has been around the VoIP block for quite some time now and it edges out the competition due to its secure call management portal where users conveniently log in to get details about their call history and manage their accounts. It is also compatible with most current hardware without any need for upgrades or lengthy activation procedures.
Pro: Backwards Compatible and provide free hardware with most plans, don’t have to buy separate devices.
Axvoice has a lot going for it if you ask me. They offer free hardware and installation and have unlimited calls and the option to add multiple phone lines, all for $15 a month. It’s a great service for any professional looking to setup their home office on the cheap. I would love if they improve their support system. :)
Axvoice has to be the best VoIP pound for pound. VoIP tech in itself doesn’t have ludicrous features so the feature parity is non-existent if you compare it to other providers. And at their low asking price, it’s a no-brainer. And customer service is extremely great. Great value for money. I would recommend it.
It just works, very similar to the other options out there but they have cheaper plans. This is the biggest reason why I switched and have stuck thus far. Plus their helpful staff made porting a breeze, so much so that it only took a little while to get things in order. Really happy with the purchase decision especially because of the massive savings over the other popular options.
I’ve had Vonage for as long as I can remember and had it setup on my phone and the home-office line too. But the two lines cost me double digits and in this day and age, this simply wasn’t doable anymore. I considered removing VOIP entirely but I was told of Axvoice, and the rates alone have me converted. So far, it is indistinguishable from Vonage – except for the pricing of course. Lol
Have subbed to this service for 6 months (more or less) and I can’t complain. Their customer service is very helpful whenever you have a query, and their call quality is the same as any other VoIP service on the market. Great purchase! I would recommend to all the VoIP users to at least get their trial version.
I had a problem where every 4th or 5th outgoing call made, once answered would immediately go to a fast busy. I complained multiple times over my one year of service. I had one response and that was to power down everything and then bring it back up. I had already done this several times so that was no help. Afterwards I reported this at least a half dozen more times and never got a single response.
Apparently they have no technical support. I left them and went back to my previous provider. Do not go for this service to lower your costs. You will certainly lower your level of service and satisfaction.
