As a small, rural, residential service user, I’ve been very impressed by the quality of service provided by 1-VOIP personnel. From solving an installation issue, where my existing ATT phones created an echo (which was solved by switching to Panasonic telephones), to the guidance provided for enabling various features, these folks have been great! Highly recommend their product and service!

not sure why the calls drop but it…
not sure why the calls drop but it happens a lot and has been happening more and more lately. Not sure why… can you fix this? I reported once a month or so ago, otherwise the service is good. the voice mail chain is long and it’s had to navigate the phone prompts. I can’t seem to figure out how to listen to saved messages…

LOTS of call drops in mid-conversation. But the real thing that makes them a company to avoid is they are continuing to bill me for service AFTER sending emails acknowledging I cancelled the service and ported my phone number to another provider. The reason I cancelled is the year 2 price was a 250% increase over the year 1 price. These people are scum.

The calls don’t sound nearly as good as a land line. Probably about the same as a cell phone with a less than great signal. But that was ok for the savings. However, after the first year is over there’s a HUGE price spike to about 250% of what year one was. MAJOR RIPOFF and more expensive than I was paying for a land line.

I used Vonage for a year for my business and residential service. I loved them and Vonage is a service that’s hard to beat when it comes to features and quality. I also loved the fact that their admin dashboard is so incredibly simple that it is virtually idiot proof. When I made the switch to 1-Voip, I admit I was intimidated by their admin portal for business service because I know absolutely nothing about setting up a sip telephone server…literally nothing. 1-Voip support was incredibly patient with me as we worked to set up my features to mimic my Vonage settings. We walked step by step together and when we finished, everything was set up exactly how I wanted and needed. On the residential side, the only hitch came with porting my number. Vonage made that difficult, which didn’t surprise me, but we did get everything set up minus my number that Vonage holds hostage to this day. That’s no reflection on 1-Voip because they’re like me…at Vonage’s mercy trying to get my number ported. I can, without hesitation, recommend 1-Voip. For me, they helped me achieve two goals…finding a local telephone company and a provider that does whatever they must to ensure that I had a great experience switching telephone providers. They are reliable, always there when I need them, and the quality of my calls is crystal clear whether I make a call from my desk phone or my cell phone. 1-Voip is clearly a hidden gem in the confusing world of telephone providers.

I liked product & service. Annual renewal came up & price charged to Visa more than doubled. Called to inquire, twice, was on hold too long; never spoke to anyone. Thus, contacted Visa thinking card got “hacked.” Finally got 1-voip human who “fixed” the charge. But because I called Visa was “fired.”

I have been a VZ customer for years and have ALWAYS hated them. I finally had enough and researched providers on-line. After comparing the top rated companies I reached out to three of them by email. 1-VolP called me right away. The Rep was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and followed up with an email immediately. I place the order on-line a week later. Every step of the way has been flawless. After using the system for a month, I had my old number ported over, again without a hitch. 1-VolP kept me updated each step of the way. The voice quality is excellent and the web site is easy to navigate. I called with a question last week just to see if I could speak to a rep. again top notch! i give this company the highest rating and would recommend them without reservation to anyone. I can’t say that about very many companies. i have already told at least 10 people about 1-VolP.

Been 1-VoIP customers for two years, and really like it. The only drawback is that one number we dial among the many takes more than one try to connect and when we connect the clarity quality is poor or sporadic.
