I am a recent subscriber to VolPLy. I switched over from another Volp provider who did provide good service and decent rates. I switched to VoLPly as the rates were better and the reviews were very good. So far, the voice quality and service, as well as the price, have been excellent from VolPLy.
I like the fact that I have several options to add on as well, should I need them. I recommend this service with no reservations.

Never followed thru on the three port requests I submitted. Each time they said the carrier was rejecting the request. Checked with the carrier and they said otherwise. When they told me to submit a 4th port request I gave up. Would not refund any money even though I never made one phone call. Stay away.

Moving to voiply was easy.
And price is good.
Guess you get what you pay for.
Voices sound broken and sometimes robotic. When calling Cust Serv, they read you the FAQs and force the same square one troubleshooting each time. Then they put me on hold. And come back 10 minutes later telling me that they made a backend change. Reboot and wait. Works for 6 days or so then back.
Service doesn’t provide basics, like stutter dial tone is voice messages.
Time to switch.

Pros: Easy to install.
Cons: Very poor voice quality. Support reads FAQs to you.

Looking to reduce our costs and improve on the over all functionality of our telephone, we looked at VOIPLY. From the start the online ordering wed page was easy to process our order. support group were absolutely great… Responded almost immediately to all our questions, and kept us informed on the number porting (keeping our existing number) process.

I was looking for another VoiP provider because my current VoiP provider Ooma has a blacklist limit of 1,024. After searching and searching, VoiPLY had the same feature of SPAM Blocker, and they don’t have a limit. Best of all, they also offer eFax that is HIPAA compliant!! The no limit blacklist was a win, then the eFax feature was another win. Then, the icing on the cake, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Love love the customer service. Leah was one of the main reasons I switched. She understood and made me feel at ease of all my concerns. The rest of the team was also very responsive. knowledgeable, and understood all my issues and concerns. VoiPLY also have great features and at a reasonable and fair price in my humble opinion. I am a new customer that transferred all my accounts from Ooma to VoiPLY.

Only time will tell if the longevity of the service will remain top notch. From initial experience, I am very happy. No reason to change my mind.

Please do not sign up for one year. Phone calls never come through when people call. Every time I report they will have me uninstall app, do something on their end and reinstall. Few days later same issues. After 30 days no money back even though it rarely works. Issues every week for the last few months.

Easy to order but, I did not understand the term “porting” for they asked me if I want to keep my number. It would have been nice if they followed the term “porting” with “(keeping your old phone number)” and “porting would take 7 to ten working days” with a brief explanation. I am sure many home users unsophisticated in common terminology used in VOIP would also appreciate this. Install was easy needing only an ethernet cable for connecting to your modem or router (not provided but inexpensive), 110 volt power source and your old telephone cable from your old system – all plug compatible. Email support is superb! So far, very pleased (after one week of use).

Pros: Seems to operate as advertised!.
Cons: None - yet!.
