The quality and efficiency of Webex…

The quality and efficiency of Webex Metting Center made it our company¿s choice while searching for web conferencing platform. But my most liked features are whiteboard sharing and outlook integration. I think these features are essential for a productive web conference meetings and WebEx Meeting Center provides it with high efficiency. The second my most liked feature is easy installation of Webex Metting Center. It is a browser based service and you don¿t need to install big sized file. During setup process with a small plug-in you can start using Webex Metting Center in a few minutes. And the third great feature for me is recording ability. Because while meetings sometimes you can forget something or misunderstood at that time. But thanks to this feature you can watch it later and take notes for yourself. WebEx Meeting Center is a great video conferencing service but it can be a little expensive for small businesses. I mostly use Webex Metting Center while business trips to show project progress. WebEx meeting Center is a platform where time and place doesn’t play important role. It doesn’t matter wherever you are if you have internet connection it means that you are at work. WebEx Meeting Center is a great video conference solution for every kind of businesses. Privacy is one of the main focal point for WebEx Meeting Center. Whatever you share through this platform is secured by end-to-end encryption. For me the best side of WebEx Meeting Center is compatibility with any device. I am mostly travelling due to my work and mobile version of WebEx Meeting Center keeps me connected with my colleagues. There is also recording option which is life saving feature. If you missed any meeting you can watch it later and take the keynotes. Screen share option is also great feature of WebEx Meeting Center to show your work to your team member and collaborate with them. While using WebEx Meeting Center on mobile device it freezed for 2-3 seconds when I sent file and made conference call at the same time. I repeated it with high speed internet connection but the problem still persisted. It is not big problem and hope will be fixed on new updates. WebEx Meeting Center is great choice for video conference meetings. Whether you are small or big sized company WebEx Meeting Center is essential tool for you. I’ve used a few different…

I’ve used a few different meeting-facilitating softwares and WebEx is by far my favorite. I like that you can have controlled amounts of interactivity based on your needs, you can lock down specific controls, you can use phone and/or voip without issue. I primarily used WebEx in my role as a software instructor and the added benefit of the Hands On Lab feature made teaching over long distances much easier. The ability to schedule, reschedule, and create instant sessions is also great. Overall, WebEx is the most intuitive and flexible meeting software I have used. Sometimes the icons get a little tricky looking, and I think they could have more options for chat emoji reactions, but that is pretty minor. Sometimes there is a bit of lag, when sharing information, connecting to other computers, etc, but this is likely a network issue and not inherant to WebEx. It seems like sometimes the invitations that should be sent upon setup of a session are not sent. Or, if this is due to user error, the method of inviting participants is clunky and can get confusing. The time being AM/PM in the scheduling a session process defaults to the time you are currently in, and doesn’t move forward when you select an hour later in the day. It would be nice if the time could be reworked so you don’t accidentally end up scheduling a meeting for 3AM. Easy to use and share information: good for quick, long distance meetings where you need to share your screen, for webinars with hundreds of participants, and for classes that require participation as well. -via Capterra

Love the ability to “meet now” function. Like the ability to record the conversation and even track actions during the meeting. Webex is very easy to use for all people from novice to expert user. Webex links with your email account, so you can see upcoming meetings and notifies you in advance with alarms, if you desire. I have not found many cons with this product. I like the ease of use. Easy sync in with the option to add an external phone as your form of communication. Can also have WebEx call your phone if you have any issues. Also gives you an option to mute your phone, share multiple peoples screens with a simple click, and chance to chat within the WebEx player.
