Very helpful and extremely patient staff member
I called TPG because our internet and phone line was still not working after the disruption notice for our area. My call was answered right away without having to wait at all! Staff member (Ace) was able to help to get my Internet working straight away! He was extremely patient, waited online while I called my parents and relayed the message which took quite a long time, but he was willing to wait online until the problem was resolved. He was extremely understanding and patient. This wasn’t the first time I received unmatchable service from TPG! I often call them when we experience issues with the internet and they have always been extremely patient and helpful!

Terrible customer service.
