I have attempted for more than three months to reach someone who has to fix or identify the problem of not receiving our faxes sent to our fax number. I have spent hours on the phone holding for a tech support person. I have asked to speak to a manager and told they will call you back. AND THEY DO NOT. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! WE are being charged for services that we are not receiving!!

I have spent hours on the phone holding for a tech support person. I have asked to speak to a manager and told "they don't take phone calls". I have been a customer for 6 years. It appears there is no one at the company that cares about the service they provide or how they treat their customers

RapidFax worked okay until their price jumped from $7.95/month to $9.95/month. That's when I realized I wasn't using this very much and didn't need it anymore.

I have been a customer with rapidfax for over a year now and I highly recommend this company. Basic service and easy-to-learn software. Rapidfax has been reliable with all my faxes on the sending and receiving end of things.

RapidFax is great for faxes. Reliable service and easy to use. I bridged my fax services to Microsoft outlook and is compatible to send paperless faxes through your email. Setting up with quick and learned to use the website in a day. Super easy to use. Highly recommended.
