They like to say that Alaska and Hawaii are overseas calls and I have to enable overseas calling. Last I checked, those are states. Total BS. The guy that I am trying to call with the Hawaii number is in the building next door (on the mainland). What is this the 1990s?
Otherwise, I like the ability to transfer calls to other users.
It could use a dial by name feature, but iphones don't have that either.
This phone service is absolutely miserable. Very unreliable and the customer service is very unhelpful. Multiple times I've been unable to call or text and they said they'll have to escalate it to developers and I won't have service for the next few days until they get to the issue. I just left and went to Vonage. So far it has been a miserable experience as well as i've spent over 7 hours the last 2 days on the phone with IT and having a lot of problems. Hopefully someone finds a good service out there. Grasshopper is definitely not the one.
