Like I said, I work remotely from home,…

Like I said, I work remotely from home, so being able to connect with my co-workers and managers over Video conferencing is helpful in keeping me feeling like I am a part of the company. I have one-on-one meetings with my manager, my team, and am able to participate in company-wide presentations all from my computer. I don’t have anything that I actively dislike about BlueJeans, and any issues that I have had with it are usually ISP or hardware issues rather than problems with BlueJeans itself. I work remotely, so being able to have a dedicated service to be able to connect with co-workers, managers and the home office face-to-face and in real time, so to speak, rather than over phone or just with email or chat functions is great! -via Capterra

I use BlueJeans to setup meetings with our offshore development team . It has eased the communication gap which naturally exists because of distance between full time developers and the offshore team. Thanks to Bluejeans I am able to collaborate with the offshore team , engage with them on client projects and maintain a cordial relationship with each and every one of them ; which is a necessity for all teams in an organization. Bluejeans consumes a lot more bandwidth than usual. Although there is little complaint about this because it has been so efficient in terms of the quality of video and audio calls. -via Capterra

Easy to use, always reliable, clear sound and pictures! I love that this integrates with Google Calendar and we can add a Blue Jeans link to a meeting invite when creating it. The technology of this software is super impressive. We hold meetings all the time with several offices and people around the world at the exact same time and there is little to no delay in their responses. It is also very convenient to be able to copy and paste the link to another employee to click on and join within a matter of seconds without any hassle of them having to log into an account, etc. There is not anything that I don’t like about this software. I only have a suggestion. It would be great if a large message could pop up on the screen or a voice could remind those that are remoting in to mute their phones or mics when they first enter the meeting. There have been several occasions where the meeting is already in full swing and someone joins later and we can hear them driving, eating, texting, etc and have to request they mute themselves. Their microphones need to be muted the moment they join the meeting so there isn’t any interruption. It is easy to host and join meetings with employees in other offices or that work remotely. It’s also easy for me to join meetings when I am working remotely. This is super beneficial that just because I am out of the office I don’t have to miss an important meeting. -via Capterra

I like the blue jeans app. I also like that the camera has zoom and swivel options. Being able to enter your code on the speaker with touchscreen is nice. I didn’t like how big the camera actually is, Should be easily feasible to have a smaller form factor. Higher quality video and audio than our previous software, Zooming and screen sharing works just fine. Solid product. -via Caapterra

Bluejeans is easy to use doesn’t have a cumbersome UI. It is good for tech savvy and not so tech savvy people alike, which is great when you talk to a range of people in different roles. I don’t have anything to complain about. This software works in such a way that I hardly have to think about it, i can just use it without issue. Bluejeans works well in a business setting, I can communicate quickly and easily with people working abroad and through video and on the phone if i choose. -via Capterra

Blue Jeans is pretty to use and set up…

Blue Jeans is pretty to use and set up with additional items like a microphone and cam era. It is very convenient to set up meetings with multiple people and all be able to interact. The settings are easy to review as well in case you want to use different audio or camera for different type of meetings. I haven’t really come across any cons. One time with an update there was a couple of bugs but they were resolved shortly. Setting up audio and video conference calls with multiple people easily. -via Capterra

Works very good for webinars and conferences so is a good alternative for skype in some cases, mostly if you don’t want the audience to download softwares. They just need to log into a url in the invitation they will get and using their browser should be ready to go. Features like passing control of the meeting to others or asking for control of keyboard/mouse is not the most easy to use. Easy to use platform to customers, ideal for webinars and training purposes. -via Capterra

One thing I really like about BlueJean…

One thing I really like about BlueJean is its support for large number of people on a single voice/video conference. You can’t feel the difference when you are having a one-on-one with someone of when in a group with a large amount of people. It can be really complicated to use. Only the initiator of the call can record the call which is not inclusive enough. It is a tedious and complicated process trying to export the recorded session. -via Capterra

Nice animations while you are on the call, the circles that represent each atendee are movable and you can throw them around, i think its a nice touch that you can do something while you are waiting and listening that doesn’t affect you, also its nicely designed and provides a lot of info. I don’t like its colors, its all dark and retro designed with sharp edges and popped up buttons, it can be improved like any other software. -via Capterra

Coming directly from a company that…

Coming directly from a company that uses JoinMe, BlueJeans was a refreshing alternative as it provides a ton more functionality like application sharing, presentation streaming, record and playback ability, et al. The biggest miss that BlueJeans and other similar software that deliver a similar capability set is that it requires a download of the app before using. This is a nuisance for people who don’t realize this and download only just before the start of the meeting (thus delaying the meeting start) and for people who just don’t want to download another software onto their computer. JoinMe, in this sense, was far superior because you just needed a browser to open the unique presentation link. -via Capterra

I like how easy it is to add bluejeans to any meeting so that my remote employee can be included. I also love how the meetings are recorded in the event that someone can’t make it, I don’t need to recap the meeting with them, they can listen to it! It took me a while to learn how to add bluejeans to my calendar invites, but once I figured it out, I haven’t had any issues with the software! -via Capterra
