Installation was on time and went well. They sent a technician out on site. He configured the hardware, set-up phones and tested them. So far sound quality has been great. No issues. Lots of features and mobile app is really good. We can forward our desk phones to our cell phones which is really helpful and have it ring both phones. We can get voicemails via email which is great. I never have to leave out of office message. I never miss any calls. Can't rate them on support because we haven't had any problems. Trainer was very good.
