I’ve been with Nextiva for years. We have no other phone service (not even a cell phone), and so we are totally dependent on Nextiva.
I noticed some extremely unusual incoming activity that suggested to me that some bad dude had hacked into some of my older Cisco model phones. In checking our usage records that was what had happened, and there were numerous outgoing international phone calls on my Nextiva account.
Matt Merhulik was the tech guru who resolved this unusual situation. It took a lot of work, about 2.5 hours, but he got all of our phones “cleaned out” from the hacking that had been done. I’m not a techie and so my description is in lay person terminology.
Matt should be the employee of the month. Totally professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and the bottom line is that he cleaned up the mess. Nextiva has also removed all of those bogus international calls.
If you want a good full service VOIP company, Nextiva is it. And with Matt (and others, I’m sure) their tech support is top notch.

Marissa (Kelley, I think) was VERY helpful. She is extremely personable and friendly. She has a great attitude!!! I find, these days, that customer service has all but disappeared. It is so nice to run across people like Marissa who are eager to help and solve the issue at hand.
I hope you are paying her enough to keep her around. Her attitude is infectious and would rub off on others if she were placed in a supervisory position.

I had a set-up (gone wrong) on 4/19/19 with nextiva, which was very frustrating. My office was without phone service for a full day. Called the next day and Mesrop was very patient and helpful. He made sure I understood everything he did to assist me and all was correct. Excellent Customer Service!

Worked with Victor L today on a phone issue via chat. Victor took his time to work through the problem. Completed a factory reset and much more smoothly. Resolved issue and now my system works again!
