Our psychiatric practice takes care of…

Our psychiatric practice takes care of 5,000 patients. We purchased Nextiva phones, fax and equipment in 2017. Fast Forward 3 years later during a pandemic, our medical office needed more phone lines, patients could not reach their doctors as we literally could not answer the calls coming in with the number of lines we had (really unsafe to patients and overall medical care, we needed 6 lines and not 3). Nextiva after multiple attempts and shutting our phones down for two business days (again very unsafe and scary to our patients emergent needs during the pandemic) could not add phone lines and demanded we purchase upgraded equipment. Mind you this would be very expensive. We went with a different carrier and now have six lines to safely care for our patients during these emergent times. We never bought new equipment either. Nextiva states they will not release us from a contract as their lawyers in the state of Arizona have placed a two year autorenewal on our contract. This is illegal in Florida and there are laws to protect against it but in Arizona where the company is based its not a law. They will not release us from the contract despite the circumstances and we have been good customers. Please see better business bureau complaints regarding the same issue. The autorenewal Nextiva has goes into effect with no email, no written notification or any notification at all. They than force you to pay the balance or threaten with collections and to ruin your credit score. To me this is a horrible practice of business and they could care less about our medical practice caring for those with mental illness during a time of crisis. All they care about is the bottom dollar. Please just look at the BBB complaints (Nextiva doesnt even respond to those as they just want $$$). The human resource department and customer support is horrible. They don’t even respond to you once you sign the contract.

This is my 2nd experience with a VoiP provider in just a couple months…won’t mention the first one. Guess I had to learn by picking the wrong one the first time. I am a single user and new to VoiP. Nextiva is hands down one of the best service providers I have ever used in any arena! Glad I’m now with the A Team!

Let me begin by saying that Nextiva has went above and beyond to help our company. I have not yet once had any user tell me about bad call quality or dropped calls. Quinn from support is amazing. He took his time to help me troubleshoot some small random issues, most of which were my lack of knowledge on where to find the settings needed. Very rarely do I need to touch base with support, but when I do they are always professional, knowledgable, and great to work with. The sheer availability of products and services that Nextiva offers can be daunting, but they do have an in-depth online knowledge base along with countless videos on ‘how-to” for the do-it-yourselfers out there.

Yet another time Angella came to my rescue, delivering a customized voip solution to accommodate our needs during the pandemic. We are incredibly happy with our Nextiva system. Everything just works so well and when specialized solutions are needed, Angella and her talented team can be reliably counted on to integrate a flexible solution. Friendly, pleasant, professional and so so so so knowledgeable, they are a breath of fresh air. We switched from ATT and, for me, the switch was a scary one. The monetary saving was large so I was terrified of getting what you pay for. It went very smoothly and the flexibility and clarity we ended up with is incredible. That was about 7 years ago and we haven’t looked back once, not even for one moment. I would give these guys higher than 5 stars if I could. They truly deserve it.

Nextiva is by far, the best option when it comes to paying for a complete VOIP system. They might be very busy, because of the coronavirus epidemic but they are still fast to respond. I had no idea how extensive and powerful their system is until I because an Administrator for a client of mine. If I had a company, I would get this service because you can start small and end up with a multimillion company phone system as there are endless features that not everyone will use at first!

Nextiva is by far, the best option when it comes to paying for a complete VOIP system. They might be very busy, because of the coronavirus epidemic but they are still fast to respond. I had no idea how extensive and powerful their system is until I because an Administrator for a client of mine.
