I have thoroughly worked with many VoIP providers these past weeks and can with out a shadow of a doubt say Nextivia has the best customer service not just with sales but support as well. Terrell in support was professional and patient. Everyone I have spoken to at Nextiva make it very clear their biggest advantage to other providers is the support and service you receive seemingly very US based which is important to me. Just wish my Poly CCX 600 worked with them :(

I’ve been using Nextiva in a small insurance office for over 5 yrs now. The downside is that an issue with your internet service provider can cause you to lose the ability to receive and place calls, including right in the middle of one. Their support personnel has always been extremely helpful when setting up users or troubleshooting. Navigating their online dashboard as an administrator to make updates is easy too.

Nextiva has a good feature list, the physical phones work, the PC phone works, the cell phone app really depends on your DATA signal. The new NextivaONE PC app is not ready for prime time but the old PC App they are discontinuing was a solid app and worked good. I think they are going through some growing pains, but they need to focus on what the customer needs not what they think the customer needs. Support was hindered by the war in the Ukraine but seems to have come back to normal.
Let me tell you my story, one of the tech support people managed to mess up the base and all the phones that are connected to it. Nobody could fix that mess until Terrell jumped on the phone. Terrell was very helpful, resolved any issues I was having very quickly and efficiently so my coworkers could go back to work. He should get a raise for being so competent.
I loved the app in general! It made making all work phone calls very easy. It worked very well for both incoming and outgoing calls. Also, Super professional. Made it seem like I was using a business landline, which is exactly what I was looking for. The Nextiva app is Great for small businesses trying to expand and keep a good, professional reputation.
Nextiva is a reliable phone service provider that we have used in several of our Company’s offices. The only complaint I would say is that the wait in the support queue can be lengthy at times. However once a support rep arrives the level of service is fantastic. I would recommend Nextiva to any small / medium size company and even potentially large corporations. I have been using nextiva voice for nearly 5 years now. Overall the experience has been great; everything is very straightforward and simple to use or teach. The versatility of being able to use a physical handset, computer app, or mobile device app is very convenient for myself and others that I work with. The recent update to nextiva one was not necessarily ideal in terms of timing and optimization of the app from a user perspective (especially compared to the old desktop app which was amazing and so simple), but I understand that it is still very new and will be updated and upgraded as time goes on. Overall I would give a score of 5/5; nextiva has been a pleasure to use and any interaction I have had with people on their end has been extremely positive.
