We wasted so many years on old…

We wasted so many years on old antiquated systems. I can’t bear to think about it. We made the move to Nextiva last year and we are so happy with the decision. It’s been a significant improvement and noticeable within just a few weeks of going live. We had huge issues with our phone systems and it really was getting in the way of our team’s productivity. We are now on Nextiva’s VoIP service and there are so many positives. First of all, we are saving money, amazingly. Second of all, we have many more features that enable users to easily access messages, complete faxes and transfer calls. It’s amazing for our remote sales team as they are able to operate as though they were in the office. The clients can still call in to the central lines and are easily and automatically directed out to their direct contact. The efficiency gains have meant that our admin staff are much more available to assist with other tasks they previously couldn’t due to managing the phones. We really couldn’t be happier with how things have progressed. The team is happy, the results speak for themselves and our bill each month is less than before! If your business is in the market for VoIP, then we highly recommend checking out Nextiva. We haven’t looked back.

There’s nothing better than a system that works and we finally have it with Nextiva’s NextOS. We have so much data at our fingertips and we’re getting great benefits from the system. It’s been a huge efficiency gain for our business to have everything in one system, no fussy integrations and special requests from the DBM team. It’s all accessible from our computers at the drop of a hat we can get answers to our questions and make moves. It’s huge! I expect we will see significant growth this year alone just from this tool. Our phone operators are also very happy with the switch we made to VoIP last year. We are with Nextiva also for that service. It’s been a good year with both those updates and the users: our people, are really happy with it too. We were impressed from the demo through launch. I had been using Nextiva for over 5 years now. It has been to be a good, solid system with excellent quality voice quality. When I call support, there’s always a live person to speak with immediately.

Pros: In the past it has been an excellent, solid provider. Responsive to problems.
