Pavel A. did a wonderful job helping me get a phone set up. He set everything properly and was very polite and reassuring we would get the problem resolved which he did. The support that is provided by Nextiva…

The support that is provided by Nextiva is second to none. If there is ever an issue, all we have to do is call and the issue get resolved almost immediately. Errol was a blast to work with, from beginning to end. At no point do we feel as though we are on our own if we ever have a question or an issue.

Oleg K. was a great help today :D He was informational at the beginning of my request stating that the brand of phone I wanted to add is not fully supported so it will be kind of wonky. I have this grandstream phone I wanted to add to our account so we could test how easy or difficult it would be to register them due to having an additional 10 phones. He worked a bit to get my info registered into the phone, but he got it to work. He was very kind

So far they have been very good to us…

So far they have been very good to us and our company, helping where we need the extra hand. Being that we utilize an older VoIP phone model they are still knowledgable and assist where we need it. While having some issue here and there they make up for it with following up. The only downside is at some points chat support isn’t always available and sometimes cannot answer, support can have a high queue but its to be expected.

Alex was excellent in helping me with Nextiva Fax. Took his time and was very thorough. Thanks Alex for helping me today and taking your time to make sure that you received the test faxes. I do not fax very often but its nice to know Nextiva has this service for when I do have to fax to old school banks. Alex, great job.

Michael B – help me on getting the Trio 8800 to register after everything I tried to do even after a factory reset. I would recommend their service to anyone that doesn’t want to waste time and money on a PBX system. So far every issue has been resolved quick and fast. Best customer service around. If anyone has every called Dell support you know what I mean.

We have been using Nextiva for a long time, and have a lot of accounts. I needed some assistance with one account, so started a chat, as I have a lot of calls I usually make. I got Oleg K in the chat – I was worried I would not get good service through the chat, but he was fast, and very good! He solved my problem very quickly, and 100%. No extra time or tasks needed. Excellent!

Any time (which is often!) that I have a question or do not know how to do something with our new phone system, I pop over and webchat with a support agent. Today, Sergio was able to help me with a few questions and get me back up and running. Being able to web chat through an issue and still work without interruption is amazing. Michael Ward and Michael B were extremely helpful in getting the auto attendant system set up exactly the way I wanted it. The professional recordings were done quickly and the communication I had with everyone who was involved in the setup of out auto-attendant was amazingly friendly, always went out of their way to help out, and I was never able to explain a problem I was having that they were not immediately able to take care of right away! Pricing is great, and they couldn’t have made the setup easier. Amazing service all around, definitely a must use company!

Our company has been using Nextiva for about 6 months now and I would recommend them due to the stability of the platform and great support from reps like Marissa Kelly who worked with me patiently and kindly resolving the several issues I brought up. Nextiva is definitely an improvement in quality of service compared to other VOIP providers we have tried. Even in the rare case when something goes wrong or we are not sure how to set up a feature or option, support is always able to help and explain our options in a friendly manner!

I’ve been with Nextiva for years. We have no other phone service (not even a cell phone), and so we are totally dependent on Nextiva. I noticed some extremely unusual incoming activity that suggested to me that some bad dude had hacked into some of my older Cisco model phones. In checking our usage records that was what had happened, and there were numerous outgoing international phone calls on my Nextiva account. Matt Merhulik was the tech guru who resolved this unusual situation. It took a lot of work, about 2.5 hours, but he got all of our phones “cleaned out” from the hacking that had been done. I’m not a techie and so my description is in lay person terminology. Matt should be the employee of the month. Totally professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and the bottom line is that he cleaned up the mess. Nextiva has also removed all of those bogus international calls. If you want a good full service VOIP company, Nextiva is it. And with Matt (and others, I’m sure) their tech support is top notch.
