April Mar was great and fast! Very helpful and nice! She gave all of the instructions needed, step by step, waited when I was in the process of completing a step. She gave me extra information on how to use de Nextiva App and a couple of suggestions. I would recommend the chat assistance to all of my coworkers.

Hi guys, what a nice experience with Nextiva. Having business since 2013 I’ve changed 3 Voice IP providers. I am 2 years with this company already, and I know what I am paying for. You know, there are a lot of similar companies at the market with pretty much the same features. I am here because in case I need any help these guys will help me out the best way. It was a very gracious conversation, with her being patient as I explained what I was trying to accomplish.
