Eligible for the relief program are existing customers in need of an interim solution until their systems are up and running again. Additionally, Fonality is extending the same offer to any customers of any service provider who are experiencing interruptions caused by the storm.
The program provides those with systems that or inoperable or inaccessible with a free cloud-based softphone and dedicated number to use, free, for a period of 30 days. Fonality understands the “importance of getting back to business as normal as possible–as quickly as possible.” As such, they hope this charitable measure will help businesses stay connected to customers, businesses, and partners in the midst of returning to normal operations. With Fonality’s Relief Campaign, participants can expect the offered phone system to be up and running within 4-5 hours.
