Nextiva - Nextiva has been right for many reasons

Prior to joining my current firm, I worked in an office with 80 employees and phones that were a pain for all of us. We just strung along and never did much to improve this situation. Last October I started my own practice and one of the first areas I spent time reviewing was phone service companies and systems. Selecting Nextiva has been right for many reasons yet most importantly, I don't experience what I did in the past. Everything works the way it should and customer service was helpful when I called to get each phone setup originally.

Since we have added new employees, our office manager calls Nextiva each time to get the new phones setup. From what she's told me, Nextiva has been good for us and one of our best vendors. While I'd like to see an iPhone application directly supported and attached to our phone system, I have been happy with Nextiva.
