Great service, very reliable and has already proven to be cost-effective. Very structured plans as per my company's needs, and can make changes to my account from on their site. Support team has pretty much available on demand. Setup of the ip phones was easy and got them to work with just a quick phone call to support.

I spend $10,000 per year with Vocalocity. They are horrible. They do not support their phones. We were promised that 100% of our IP phones would work on there system. We spent literally days with their engineering and technical support team trying to get our phones to work. They got all but 2 to work reliably. They would work for a while and then inexplicably stop working. We were forced to buy new phones despite their promises that our phones would work. I repeatedly reached out to their CEO who would politely check in but could never get the problem resolved. I hate to complain on review sites but I really don't have a choice. I think everyone should know how this company treats its customers. At one point, their engineer, Vincent, decided couldn't continue helping us because it was lunch time. If this is the treatment you get when you spend a lot with them imagine what its like when you just have a few lines.
We had a difficult time making a decision regarding our phone service, and was told that we would not like VOIP. We did not find great information regarding VOIP when researching options. We were fortunate to connect with a company that was using JIVE communications. Once we made the decision to change our service to JIVE, the process was seamless (except for a delay in porting our numbers). Thank you

I've been using phone services with a variety of companies for many years. I was born in 59 if you want a hint at how long I've been around. Nextiva is the most qualified phone company I've ever used.1st: Their customer service is incredible. I get all my email questions answered in minutes, my phone calls answered immediately, and they always show great patience in dealing with me. 2nd: The price of service is unbeatable (almost). I've definitely seen companies charge less for phone service, but the overall value is like nothing else around these days. My bill with them hasn't changed since day 1. I can't say that about any other phone company I've used.3rd: The phone line quality is noticeably better than any other phone line I've used. The phones we have are HD. HD is as good as speaking to someone in person.4th: They recorded our voicemail and auto attendant greetings for us. The girls voice is great and it was turned around the same day.If you can't tell with the 5 stars I gave here, I really like Nextiva and think they're a great company.
Overall I think of Nextiva as a solid service provider for my office phones. As I mentioned above, the customer service is really great and fast. The phones work flawlessly and the switch to their service was easier than I expected.
I called for support help, and the tech really convoluted our system. I have submitted 3 online requests, had a call back appointment this morning. The call dropped and now I cannot get anyone to answer my call, nor my email, nor have they called me back. I've spoken with 3 different techs who have systematically created additional issues from the original issue. I called support because I am new to RingCentral. What a mess.
Joined this company a couple of months ago. The setup was real easy. I found guides on everything I needed on the site about how to install the soft-phone and directions on how to use it properly. Its a little pricey and took me a couple of days to figure out the soft-phone and all its basic features and keys.
