How to Send and Receive a RingCentral Virtual Fax Using FaxOut

It’s very easy to send a fax through RingCentral’s FaxOut.

  1. Click the FaxOut Icon on the upper right side of the screen
  2. Fill out the form with the fax number you are sending to, attach a PDF or Word file. Some other formats are supported as well.
  3. Hit “Send.”

If you are receiving a fax, your phone will light up, indicating you have a message. Check your email or sign in to your RingCentral online portal. You can now print out a PDF of your fax.
